Why? Corgis don't really have many health issues so long as you don't let them get fat.

I thought it was the opposite >< inbreeding to maintain pure breeds is causing a health issues in a lot of dogs. At least, I think so.

I don't have any basis for it. I just feel like when you combine breeds like that something is bound to go wrong.

My parents have two Pomeranians, and the one (poor thing is named Squeakers) has the best facial expressions I've ever seen from a dog. The other just looks confused all the time. They are not bright animals =p
Their Cocker Spaniel/Lab mix is quite intelligent though. Thankfully he is the ringleader of the three.

My current generation of dogs are all stupid in different ways but my sister's boyfriend's Pomeranian just has this special kind of emptiness in her eyes. She seriously might be the dumbest dog I've ever met. She's adorable though.
It's just so strange that they're all kinda dumb when the last 3 dogs we had were all really smart.

I know. But it's bad for their backs so I don't let mine get too bad. Still, corgis love to eat like no other breed so it still happens, especially when they get older.

Went to the beach today. It was cloudy but warm. The water was freezing then three dolphins swam by us and it started raining.
Oh that's good to know. I was planning on getting a corgi before a cat...
Well, I did say to myself I'm going to be more social-able and open. Try to get around that awkwardness I have. So I figure this was another a good step to make.
