lol at Burton spending 95% of that blurb talking about himself.
The first TMNT is another example. It's still one of my favorite comic book movies, only for the following entries to be more lighthearted.

The first TMNT was surprisingly dark considering TMNT hit mainstream popularity by being a kid friendly cartoon and toyline.
Still holds up.
You know, I wonder what Adam West thinks of these movies or does he avoid them?
I wish WB would get all the live action Batmen together for the premiere on Monday. They got all the Batmobiles together at Comic Con, they need to complete the circle.
He was pissed for a long time about not getting the lead role in the 89 Batman. Haven't heard much on his end since.
What a good man. I appreciate it, I really do.I'll get to work on these. I have nothing else to do while passing time till the premiere. I also need to do two others.
Salsa Sharks might kill me though. Pixelating a mask, but Ill give it a shot. Hopefully I can have these done by the end of today.
I doubt they'd do something like that.
That's like asking some of the James bonds to meet up together

"To me, what was most fascinating is I have two teenage boys and watching the reverence with which they saw it, again and again and again. It really is like their generation's Godfather.
They got half of them together once.

Nolan seems to be a class act.
BUT WHY DOES HE LIKE MACGRUBER?
Why not say...Waynes World?

Not at all. He's right, he got so much shit for the dark tone of his films and now it would be deemed as acceptable.
So after the success of his first batman movie he thought he'd go darker by strapping rockets on the back of penguins? I loved his first two movies and still enjoy them (as well as much of his other films) but he could never have made films like Nolan has.

Something dark and wonderful this way comes.
A thunderous applause greeted the cast and crew members of The Dark Knight Rises as soon as they arrived at an international press conference in The Beverly Hilton Hotel, Los Angeles, last weekend.
More than a gesture that suggested a mere adherence to formality, the journalists from across the globe even rose to their feet and cheered the talented team on in a rare show of unbridled enthusiasm.
The night before, these members of the media were treated to an exclusive screening of the film and, as this writer has taken the solemn oath of secrecy, let's just say the film ended in typical Christopher Nolan fashion - to our utter astonishment.
The reboot needs to have a new take on the origin of Batman. Focus on Bruce's high school adventures. Emma Stone can be a young Vicki Vale. The director's name will be Johnny Bats.
Christian. In this scene, I want you to rip Tom's dick off and shove it in his mouth. That is non-negotiable.

You're on my Guy Pearce List.
I just watched this a couple weeks ago. Still awesome.
"You want a fist in the mouth? I've never even looked at another guy."
So good.

These things are usually boring, but I get the feeling this one will....also be boring.
Unless Hans performs.
Why is Bane waiting for a hug?
I just had an idea: When WB reboots Batman in a few years after Nolan, they should make it a period setting, like in the 1940/50s, make it more lighthearted like Indiana Jones, and hire Andrew Stanton to direct. It will be his redemption after Disney fucked him over with John Carter.
I've been saying this for years, but set it in the 30s.
too soon. I'd rather have the 50s/60s. Mad Batmen.

Spoilers in the article, but here's some more hype.
