Hahaha the heads would roll

So that's a no?! I took the plunge and in the first two paragraphs, it said it is sensitive tospoilers. Reading right now. Looks like it heavily ties more with (semispoiler)
Batman Begins than TDK. Solo am cry for joy.

Edit: It seems that their only complaint is that
it didn't show off the people of Gotham all that much, which gave it a lack of emotional resonance.

Comingsoon.net 8/10
The Bottom Line:
The story isn't quite as solid as "The Dark Knight" and the main villains aren't quite as memorable, but having a director with such a strong vision and conviction to fulfill it makes Nolan's Batman finale pay off at least as a bookend to "Batman Begins" even if it may require quite a bit more patience than both previous films.

Got my two tickets reserved for 12:01AM Thursday, going with my bro. Gonna be tired as hell in the morning for work but it's worth it.

So pumped for this.

The Bottom Line
A truly grand finale raises Christopher Nolan's Batman trilogy to the peak of big-screen comic book adaptations.

The Dark Knight Rises is, finally, the best of the Nolan Batman films. For the first time, the 3rd act is the best act in the film. Some may feel that this is because there is some form of “conclusion,” a word you should not try to parse before seeing the film. I feel it is that Nolan finally allowed himself to make the movie he’s been after twice before.
