You basically want Batman & Robin again for their comic book inspired take on Bane and you think the Marvel films have done a great job to date overall.

B&R Bane looks exactly like he does in the comics. You were talking about appearance. If you want characterization, TDKR does it, so your complaining makes no sense.

No he isn't. He is right that Marvel acomplishs to get a more Comic-like Vibe, but that is because Nolan doesn't even tries this.
And for someone who prefers the comics the Nolan movies could be not the perfect ones.

sure, but the b&r look is pretty much a literal translation of the comic book look of bane in a live action movie.
he has always looked ridiculous even in comics. I much prefer his realistic/grounded look in TDKR.
Personally I think Bane looks silly as he does right now. Iron Man and Spider Man (& pretty much all the Marvel Studios movies) were spot-on with the comics - and they did not look silly.
I agree, except Captain America in Avengers, here he looked terrible.

Both Nolan's and Marvel's costuming works in the world that those films are set in. The world of TDK is more somber and understated than the Marvel Cinematic Universe which is much more colourful and high-flying, and this is reflected appropriately in the dress and design of the characters.
Someone needs to post a GIF of all the villains again. Looks awesome.

I can't say I liked Venom's design either. But that was the least of that film's worries.
I haven't had an issue with it since it's inception.
