I admit, that was a bit cheesy. Was going for the game surprise.

You know, actually, I'd love doing this contest thingie for other games than Steam too. There are tons of games with demos that might be worth a try but no one gives them a look. Guess the problem is how to keep the community for that together. If its like a new contest every day for 10 days, everyone keeps looking for new stuff constantly, but if its like 1 contest a week, many people will lose interest (I guess) if its a week with a game they are not interested in.

Best I could do. I could only execute everything properly when I got the +10 bonus rather than the +15 (only got it once).

Too bad, I had some issues on the keyboard actually. They layout did not suit me. Need to check whether I can change that.
But ah well, dont think people will burn me over a 1$ purchase. And I think its still a rather cute game.
Putting aside the control issues, I rather liked it as a game. There's a nice forward-planning aspect when putting together an escape; some well-placed ropes can save a lot of hassle.
Ah I didnt even think of using the ropes for escape BEFORE the actual escape. Nice.

It feels like it takes too long to climb up ledges. There were also a few times where the game wouldn't let me throw a rope up at a spot I did before. It would taken dozens of presses to work. Also, on the Xbox controller X is confirm and A is back. There is no way of changing it; it's like I'm playing MGS1-3.
Yeah, just a buck. The demos works though just for competing on the contest
I think the game just handles controls poorly, not the issue with controller input itself (I'm using a DS 3)
That's particularly odd given that this exists on XBLIG, and I assume the controller button prompt colours are derived from that. Certainly the buttons the colours suggest are the right ones for those roles, just for some reason they're not matched up as we'd expect when using a real Xbox pad on the PC.

I actually liked the game. Played it with a gamepad, I HAD to reconfigure the mapping because the default one is kind of weird. Feels good to me. Glad I bought it, it's been on my wishlist for a while.

Hey Toma, I have this idea for a haiku but it contains several verses. So is it okay to post a few haikus that tie into each other instead of posting haikus that are unrelated? Every verse will be a traditional haiku, but make less sense without the context of the other haikus.
I had the same idea actually. Sure, go ahead! And I saw some other people with that avatar... thing. What is that about?
