Sigh...off work early and really bored for some reason. I shouldn't, but just feeling blah. Oh well, I'll go sprinting after dinner, in the sun. That should be better.

I need to start working out too some more. I've been pigging out on snacks a bit too much.

Also to finally even out this tan... I look far too red neck.

We have vanilla ice cream in the fridge and it makes me mad lol. I keep taking little spoonfuls of it haha.

I never tan. I'm either pale as a sheet or burned haha.

I should go to the gym tonight but it's so hot and my stomach is so bluhhh after getting drinks and food at the pub today.
I would write the gym off xD
 
I ate too much junk this weekend, I need to go.

Good thing it's 24 hours. I can wait until it's cooler out and I feel a bit better.
 
Oh, yeah, after the gym is great.

It's getting up and going after the weekend that's the hard part. Also the 15 minute mark in my 30 minute run when I realize I've still got 15 minutes to go and I'm already a pile of sweat. Thankfully the 20-25 minute mark is when I hit the "gee, I could run forever" feeling. I can't run forever though, haha.

I can agree with that haha. Actually starting is a chore, once you're going, it's awesome.

My gym is like 3-4 minutes away :D
So I'm going everyday like a boss.

I was a couple of months ago, but I changed around my workouts so I don't have that long steady cardio anymore. I'm also poor as hell, and wanted to get outside for the summer.

I do sprints, kickboxing stuff and weights in my living room :)
