I saw the film tonight at a New Zealand advance screening.
Don't worry, your film experience is not ruined. These "spoilers" are about as useful as pre-release rumour and speculation. I'm not going to outright deny anything, because saying something didn't happen is just as big of a spoiler.
Think about it. How many people have seen this film so far? Is it likely that a film critic or loyal fan who would never spoil the film for you has seen it, and is cruel enough to spoil it for you? Or is it more possible that it's an attention-seeking troll who got his "information" from another troll? This is the internet, after all.
Whether or not you believe what you read is up to you. Keep an open mind.

In general? No way, I hate when I can't find out why someone was banned afterwards. Spoilers should be purged, yes, but general stupidity or assholery, please no.
Yup. Thank fuck I wasnt spoiled. I am no longer reading anything that can get me spoiled, which means leaving Gaf. Will return after thursday night/Friday morning. Those who did get spoiled, I really do feel bad for you guys. Although, thinking about it, this makes complete sense for some random idiot/asshole to do.

Eh...the bigger deal you make of it, the more likely it will burn into your brain - and it will ruin your movie whether it was a spoiler or not (because you might convince yourself it was real, and you keep looking for it to happen, then it doesn't, and it throws your first watch).
Advice to everyone, just trust those that saw it that they aren't spoiling and move on.
Also, the more attention he gets from all this, the more likely he will keep going. Just let him get banned, let alt accounts get banned, and just ignore it.

Yeah what a poor attempt to troll. If he really wanted to do it correctly, he should've had 5-6 accounts approved, made them members and posted threads at a time where GAF is highly active.
