one thing that bugged me, how did Gotham change from looking like Chicago to New York all of a sudden... shouldn't they have kept the filming locations the same?
The only thing I would have changed was the ending when Alfred was sitting at the table at the restaurant. He should have just looked up, appeared mildly shocked, and slowly start to smile.....end credits.
Fuck it's online already? Not watching it. Saving this for rewatches.
It's not until I watched this that I realized there is no music during the scene. I was so enthralled I didn't even notice in the theater.
But who was Thunderlips then???
I guess I wouldn't be surprise if Selina's lips could cause thunder.
That Bane/Bats fight felt so much like the first Clubber Lang fight in Rocky III.
Bane Goons from the Stock Exchange = Thunder Lips.
Nah the cheesiest line was, "I came back to stop you".
The more I think about it the more I wish that Bruce wasn't revealed at the end to Alfred. I was thinking he was just going to look up and nod at the camera but not show Wayne.
The intent is undoubtedly that JGL will become Batman or something (Nightwing, Batwing who knows) in the story. It's doubtful there will ever be or was intended to be a film depicting that though.
Nolan probably read too many retarded Inception fan theories and decided "fuck it" and just made the ending as clear and literal as possible.
that's the sad partBut people still don't get it!
So what was Bane and Talia's point of doing that whole five month thing and quarantining off Gotham? They had all these demands like if anyone crossed they would blow up the place. But they were going to blow the place up anyway.
So what was the point of the entire last act?
Her "motivation" was to avenge her father and/or fulfill her father's dream. So their plan is to draw the whole thing out for five months while Bruce Wayne watched from a tv in a dungeon? They didn't even have any demands. Did anyone in the US government ask them for any demands?
Horrible movie.
I think they directly implied that he was going to take up Bruce's mantel as protector, but a new batman seems unlikely. I agree that they were perhaps implying a Robin or something.
Showing Bruce at the end was fine cause it gave closure to Selena as well.

What a brilliant decision.
That would have been way too Inceptiony. I think the audience needed that feeling of "Bruce Wayne is finally living his life." without any ambiguity.
He's got no money, no problems and is off in Italy fucking Selina Kyle every day.
Where did Selina stash the BatPod after the final fight?
Really tho, is Nolan getting a cut of JGL's check on every one of these sequels? He did him a bigger direct favor than just about any director I've seen do for an actor he's only done two films with (1 where he retro converted a major role for him to play in).

I know it was done for at least a few seconds when they first show the camo Tumblers patrolling the snowy streets. I found it effective there as well.Seems like I remember this being done a couple of times. Regardless, it was very effective.
Bruce picked her because he was the first woman he can fuck in the batsuit. She brought it with them to Italy.
You don't want to know what they do on it now.
Brilliant.I say that because they luredRockyBatman into a false sense of security/arrogance over who he was.
Bruce picked her because he was the first woman he can fuck in the batsuir.
GIVE ME THE VIBRATOR!!!!

Pretty sure a few people said this, but I agree. It was probably more for appeasing general audiences. Makes sense.
it's europe man, they be chillin eatin dem fine foods. And nobody there recognizes a dude who's always in the news?
4) Somehow Bruce has a limp for eight years that witch-doctor Alfred could fix in five minutes?
5) Why would Bruce have a picture of ugly Maggie Rachel instead of the hot Katie Rachel?
9) Why was the entire cast of Inception here? In fact, why were there like 150 characters?
Perhaps I just missed it, but where was the hole-in-the-ground prison in the world? That was a thing that bugged me as well, how he got back from there into Gotham while bankrupt with no help from the inside.
The more I think about it, the more I start to really dislike JGL's character. He felt like such a Mary Stu. He's created by the series' director, is super awesome at everything, with few flaws, and even gets to (possibly) become Batman!
