No sample is ever enough. Not in business. Sample sizes are maximized to the point of impossibility or cost concerns, never arbitrarily. The value of perfect or marginally imperfect information is enormous, so hampering down the collection of data due to reasons other than those I mentioned should never be perpetuated.

The rest of the mouse buttons are too slow. This game is too fast in PvP. I'll probably map slow stuff to them like map, inventory, etc...

The WvW video made me remember the siegue of Stonemist Castle at the second Stress Test at Henge of Denravi

And they have Datacenters in EU too, so i guess they get a big sample of data with them and apply it to all, convenient for them they can do tests in a zone prime time at their work hours without do overtime.

That is really the only one I'm looking forward to. The stories in both Prophecies and Factions are so wacky and all over the place while Nightfall is more coherent and presents the lore in a meaningful way.
Basically, I just want to pwn Palawa Joko too.

Not going to give the Logitech G13 a chance? I can't play anything now without mine. So damned comfortable, and the extensive macro usage from it is incredible. There's already a GW2 profile out for it by Logitech. So nice to look at the LCD screen and see statistics.

I like that, each Elder Dragon in a continent would be a good theme for expansions. Tho it leaves Jormag (The icy one) and Bubbles (The deep sea dragon) for new areas we don't know yet.
If ArenaNet don't put them in the Continent we know, it would be a good opportunity to introduce new continents, which, if the complete map of Tyria that was datamined is to believe, there are a lot of new continents they can expand to.
Share your opinion about the Siberia V2 please!, i'm in the verge of buying one and would like to hear opinions.

Definitely will do. Hopefully I get them before the stress test starts today.
I think we will get an Eye of the North style expansion after that sends us against Jormag. Bubbles is interesting because it makes me wonder if ANET has the balls to make an almost entirely underwater expansion, or if he'll simply be tacked on to one of the others.
Also, I think it's likely we'll get a new playable race with each expansion: Tengu with Elona, Dwarves with Cantha (having been somehow revived after Primordus rose), and Kodan in the Jormag one.
I'm guessing that the expansions are going to primarily follow the same course through the world as the original GW did. After that? Who knows, but I doubt they're going to try to fill in the world map too much. It's easier and more appealing to GW players I reintroduce the areas they already know.
I loved my G13 for WoW, but I wouldn't ever call it comfortable, unless you aren't using the thumbstick.

Going to be having some extra money so the purchase of the game isn't going to hurt. Considering getting the digital version so I don't have to wait for Amazon to ship the game. Though it will take a few nights to download the game this way.

I'm pretty sure the "beta client" is the actual client. It's just going to update to the full game.

Beta client = retail client, just check for patches every few days.
Wasn't in the beta so don't have that client but asking as someone buying the game now. I figure if I get the game from Amazon.com I'll be downloading an installer. Was wondering if that would work now (would that just be installing the old beta client?) or if that was turned off until the retail client/patch was ready (so people don't download the old files, etc)? And if they said anything on this.
This game just recently came on to my radar. Having never played the first game, are there recommended sites to catch up on the game, or very newbie friendly sites that can bring you up to speed? Any great fan sites? I'm looking forward to this!

If any GW1 players have any mats towards Elite Kurzick Armor they can spare (Amber, Vial of Ink, gold) for this newb, I would be very grateful! I *just* realized that you can salvage Amber from Amber weapons and know I had sold some along the way, really kicking myself

Can you make a cool looking norn ranger? I've got a feeling they're going to look clumsy looking and I'll have to make a female.
Depends on what you want. I personally think the Norn men are ridiculous looking myself, so I always make a female.
And she is very short for a Norn.
And has the smallest cup size.
It's really hard to make a reasonable looking Norn.

Personal experience and what I read in this thread tends to agree, performance has been increasing with every BWE and will probably be improved for launch again

We don't know yet. We still aren't sure which servers will be available at launch, or which communities will be on each server. It doesn't really matter what server you were on in the beta because you will have to pick a server again at launch.
We joined Gate for BWE3, so that's currently where we still are. That's subject to change, though, for launch.

I'll try my best and when I see how oddly he's animated I'll just delete him and make a girl. I understand they had to be animated differently because they have to run at the same speed as asura but I feel like they could have done a better job for them.

I just meant for this stress test. I know things are subject to change for launch. I would like to play with everyone today, even though that is just for 4 hours. Although part of me just wants to explore the world and do dynamic events and whatnot.

Yup, I'm going to try to join Gate for this stress test. Although I may just wait for launch to join whatever home server GAF chooses if I don't want to do much WvW for the 4 hours that I have to play.
I kinda wish they would do one more BWE before launch. 26 more days seems so far away. Q_Q
I believe it's just for those who pre-purchased. You could always update the client and try to log in just to make sure though.

Which Guild Wars 2 did you buy? I got the box, but they sent me a code. I inputted the code on the website and downloaded the client. You can download the client whenever - they encourage this. They don't want it to get swamped on release day. I downloaded mine between after BWE2.

4 hours, they may extend it to 5 hours like last time.
