Your initial comment made no reference to WvWvW - I found it to be a broad generalizaton and a jab at those using a controller so I responded with a generalization. If you were expecting more perhaps you should have posted clarifications. I can't read minds as I implied ANet was reading mine. Connect the dots from my previous post and draw your own conclusion to how well I believe auto-targeting works with zergs, let alone clicking on the exact person, out of your 50 in a tight group.
In short, if you are looking for specifics of a post - don't start with generalizations.

No I'm seriously curious how you guys can function in WvWvW with a controller. PvE i can see, but I'm curious how you fair in PvP settings.
Oh nice, they added supersampling to the options. Not the biggest difference in the world with it on, but it does remove some aliasing and make the textures sharper on some places.

Sub-sampling was in. Super-sampling seems to be new though.

Sorry for my misunderstanding then. I don't use a controller - I said from a kb/m perspective I do fine without targeting. I should have clarified I'm a Warrior so melee for me.
Because they're actively testing and fixing the game?
Testing their systems and failsafes I'm assuming.

Yeah I've found that out, outside of a mouse click on an enemy. Starting a battle with a skill seems good enough.

Decided to try out ranger and it's a neat class like hunter in WoW I guess but the pet dies too easily it seems...kinda worthless tbh
Nope,never worked for me and still doesn't...
Just a 4 hour stress test...it's working fine now for me,still loving my Mesmer...I have an Asura also but I am stuck on a my story quest puzzle so I switched back to my Sylvari Mesmer...I think I will roll this and an Engineer at launch.

You'll notice arrows encircling the 1 skill. Ctrl right click to assign "auto" to any skill and it will repeatedly use that ability when off cooldown. Probably best used for 1 so you don't repeatedly mash.

Playing with Welltall's simple controller set up and really liking it except for the camera control. You don't have the speed of moving the camera around like a mouse. Is there any way to remedy this or am I missing something?

Use a ranged pet or a tank pet until they get the HP issue squared away. I stick with the Whiptail and have no issues with it dying.
Being liberal with the health button is useful since the initial spell only has a 20sec cooldown, but the aim of the Ranger is to cycle your pets with a little more management than is usual for these classes in MMOs.
Okay. Not exactly sure what is happening, but entering WvW turns the game into a slideshow for me - whereas before it was running well at Medium settings. Now I've turned down everything to the lowest possible and it's barely moving.
I'm hoping that's due to hijinx in the background and not something that they've changed that will make the game unplayable for me.

I was going to do that, but switched over to the asura. Their medium armor simply looks a lot better to me. Charr medium armor just seems, odd...
Was able to visit Skrittsburgh. Pretty cool little system they have for it. Sort of a preview of things to come later on?
Basically Skrittsburgh has:
-A Skritt King
-Full of buried junk from different races
-Vendors, crafting stations, merchants and special Shinies Merchants. A small city with city amenities.
-Different parts with hearts in a couple of places.
-Exists within a Dynamic Event cycle
The last bit means, if the city gets attacked and isn't defended, then they close the doors to outsiders. If the King dies, they kick out all foriegners inside. You then have to wait for them to elect a new Skritt King and do some dynamic events in the outside boroughs to gain their trust. This means two or three different dynamic events. Once these are cleared, along with all their stages, then the Skritt open up the city again. Eventually, the King and the city will be attacked again. This can be by human bandits, destroyers, the Nightmare Court or the Inquest.

Before it became unplayable, I noticed the difficulty had gone back up too.
you should roll a female norn mesmer then. Youll be real unique. Trust me
