Can you move it to a USB and one moved off the console try to redownload?I tried that as well, and it says unable to complete.

This. My IE pins keep randomly breaking but its working fine when I use a pinned bookmark or launch it from Apps.

No. For some reason it will not let me move my Profile onto my USB now either. Hopefully it is just from me being locked into the Beta. When does the Dashboard go Live to the Public?

So after not being able to download the free Summer of Arcade skins for Minecraft through the beta dashboard I contacted Xbox Support through the chat on the Xbox website. They couldn't resolve my issue (for some reason they can't push a free skinpack onto my Xbox account :/), but they did offer me 800 free Microsoft Points for my inconvenience because I'm a betatester, so that's pretty cool.

Not sure if it's been mentioned, but the demo menu has been fixed.

There used to be a big Summer of Arcade ad on the frontpage of the dashboard and when you opened it you could see what games are in this years Summer of Arcade and you could click 'Trials offer' and 'Minecraft offer' or something like that. Trials offer would give you some SoA-themed tracks, and Minecraft offer would give you some SoA-themed skins, for free. However, in the beta dashboard this Summer of Arcade ad is gone and the content attached to it is unaccessible in any other way. So I contacted Xbox support and they couldn't help me, so they just gave me 800 Microsoft Points in stead, I guess.
Well that shouldn't be the case, it should not lock your profile. Try pulling network cable from the back of the machine and rebooting the console, then move the profile to USB while offline.
I tried that as well, and it says unable to complete.
Are you getting an error code when you attempt to re-download the profile?

I expect you'll have already tried, but have you created another account, logged into it and tried moving your main profile?
ok, I was getting error 80070020 until I worked around the issue.
Something else to try, if that profile is auto-signing in. create local profile and have that one auto signin instead, then move your real profile to the usb key

Got into the forums just fine. Have the guys having issues every been in previous betas? IIRC there might have been a registration process necessary to get access to them.
You asked for it? They just randomly gave it to me. I didn't see it coming.

You can, I have a the 2 Soulcaster games pinned in front of my IE sites.
what makes you think they cannot be pinned?

When I select an indie game in my games section, all I see is play now and delete. Strangely enough there is no other info on that screen.
edit- disregard, I guess I just had to wait for the game info to sync with Xbox Live

Yeah it helps when you've got multiple 360s on the same network when using the Play To feature. I have mine named Living Room and Bed Room and can now easily push to both. Success!

Yea, that took forever. It works though, which is pretty surprising. I'm watching Giant Bomb quick looks on my 360 while chatting with a few friends in a party.

RAN INTO A VERY BAD GLITCH! CONNECTING TO XBOX LIVE CAUSES XBOX TO FREEZE!
I switched my consoles display discovery from on to off to switch to a different resolution, and once it restarted it freezes when my account gets connected to live.
Restarted again another freeze.
I have a Black arcade slim with a Microsoft 250 gig harddrive I purchased separately. I have my gamertag on the small memory unit in the console and on the harddrive.
I remove the harddrive and it boots up fine and it asks me if I want the update installed on the memory unit, I decline and disconnect my wireless connection.
I put the harddrive back in and it boots up fine, if I try connecting with a wired connection the Xbox freezes when I login to live.
Very weird and bad, I'll try deleting the update from the harddrive and redownloading it.

Report that to the official channels, make sure Microsoft knows.
Made a thread in the Xbox forum group, hardware section specifically. I'm downloading the update to the memory unit with the harddrive removed.
EDIT: Fixed it!
I had to boot up with my harddrive removed and install the new update when prompted on the memory unit, when the update was finished I had to redownload my gamertag on the memory unit(gamertag was missing for some reason). Once that was done, I was able to connect to live with my gamertag without the xbox freezing. I put my 250 gig harddrive back in and was able to connect to live and have all my data.
Thank christ. Anyone that hasn't troubleshooted a PC/electronics before would be in a world of hurt with this situation.
