Fighting Games Weekly | August 6-12

Man this topic... I'll just say if you spend most of your time socializing via a game, and then that game is no longer popular or you lose interest in it, you basically won't be seeing those people again unless you have some other common ground. It makes total sense to me that people would play stuff they're not interested in or just play whatever's popular if they've invested that much time into it. I mean what if James Chen (chosen at random) lost all interest in the current crop of fighting games? He'd pretty much disappear. There's also people pushing to monetize this stuff and make it a career, so all the more reason for them to stick to popular stuff even if its not their favourite game. This is where things get too big for their own good and end up sucking.
 
So I tune into the Joe stream and first thing I hear is

and most importantly
Brett buying actual cooking supplies and trying to make something fancy on stream to celebrate the release.
 
Real talk, you can't say Chris G doesn't put in work when he does play at 4 weeklies and does casual stuff at those tourneys too.

Dude knows deep inside he just got sonned hard in that argument before TriForce could even speak.
 
I tuned into LI Joe to see what was up, and I got sick of hearing Triforce rant about himself after 2 minutes so I went back to 8WayRun.

Then I hear Triforce's voice like 2 minutes later...
