There isn't really a point. I talk to people over Steam even if I don't play games with them, but my PSN friends exist to give me more Super Stardust Delta song downloads. I think I've downloaded the entire soundtrack twelve times over at this point.

Don't buy Persona 4: Arena or LittleBigPlanet and instead spend that money on Uncharted and the Yakuza games.This is a bit random, but can GayGAF give me advise on games? Everyone here seems to have good taste in games. My 360 randomly bricked itself today and I've sworn off buying any more Xbox hardware. I'm starting to think my body has a way of destroying technology around me or influencing others around me to destroy them. Anyway I have like 30 360 games that I probably won't ever play again. I'm thinking of getting into the PS3 but all I have are Katamari Forever, Sonic Generations, and 3D Dot Heroes. I'm going to pick up LBP, Persona 4: Arena and SotC/Ico Collection. What are some fantastic games to get?
Also, I finally added everyone who let me add them from like a week or two ago when I started posting in GayGAF again.

It's been kinda full in the past week or so, not sure why.
Dad broke our main computer because he put it against the corner of the wall, thus blocking all the fans. He left it running for a while and I came back from work to the smell of a burning rubber and metal throughout the house. Apparently after the computer wouldn't respond he went to grab my netbook and used it, but dropped it and it fell apart.
Clearly that's because I started posting again in GayGAF about a week or so ago.
It's less that Yakuza 4's different and more that Yakuza 3 isn't a very good starting point. The first ten hours of Yakuza 3 are an orphanage simulator (although it does have some great quotes) and it'd be easy for somebody unfamiliar with the series to get put off by the beginning alone. And, if nothing else, it's my least favorite game in the series because the story ends incredibly abruptly, half of the game's exposition is delivered in a fourty-five minute cutscene of talking heads, and the post-credits scene is so unbelievably stupid that I don't even want to talk about it. Yakuza 4, on the other hand, introduces quite a large amount of new characters so there's not as much catching up to do, and the main character from the previous games doesn't factor in until twenty hours in (and super obscure references are made, but they aren't important). Yakuza 4 is easily my favorite game in the series: it has a great female character (which is a rarity in this series), a boat driving section, a scene where a woman bathes in money, and it's just a generally awesome game.
I think GAF-Hop has taken over.
