Yeah there's like 4-5 new Ursa sets. Ursa overload.

The Reaver for Axe is in: http://dota2.com/store/itemdetails/73632568?appid=570

OD Staff which was quite popular in the Workshop: http://dota2.com/store/itemdetails/73632550?appid=570

Plus all the stuff that was in the Summer Chests. The Ice Crystal Bow for Drow is now $3, so feel pretty good about that one as I do like it. Omni's rare hammer is $3.99, though I don't like Omni, so I may try and offload that for a key or something else.

There may be Ursa chests in-game now too with all the stuff added for him.

Anyone know of a good way to jack up the mic volume in game? I use a stand alone mic and some people say they can't hear me, while others say they can hear me fine but a little quiet.

Any way to turn it up through autoexec or something? Or just jack up the mic boost in windows control panel.

The people who made the PL lance that just got on have a nice WR bow on the workshop I hope goes through. Comet Morphling and Royal Guard Drow set on there look nice too. Looks like Drkirby's Pugna ward is doing well too.

was this in already?

a sword for axe looks crazy :P

Nope that one is completely new. The store should be updating with "new" tags. Wasn't there at first, but they are if you don't see it yet, refresh.

Not seeing pudge hook or tiny skin.

Also, they really need to diversify some. Less juggernaut/sven items please.

Okay, yeah I don't see those two in there yet. Maybe waiting to release them until there's other stuff for those heroes? I dunno. Pretty much everything else from the summer chests is there though that I recognize.

Definitely a lot of Juggernaut and Sven stuff. There's also a glut of Nature's Prophet, Bounty Hunter, Tidehunter, Axe, Omniknight, and now Ursa stuff as well. But suppose a lot of it is how early the broken up models were released.

I dont see Ice Tiny or Pudge Hook in the store.

Seems like they're being more lax on item restrictions with the alpine ursa and axe's sword.

IIRC they took out a two hand axe mace because they didn't want axe using non axes.

Just one step away from toy guns and propeller hats.

Although it seems a little stupid on Valve part to shove something in that was so low rated just cause they made it. Hell they even made it mythical. Someone is sticking it to the community despite this supposedly being a consensus matter.

Weird they choose that sword out of the number of amazing sets and sword people made for him.

After the Faceless Void debacle, they are probably going for items that are 100% not copyright infringing.

I saw swords that were obviously Dota 1/WC3/WoW influenced and a few were for SK, so obviously they are going to have to prune those out.

Pretty disappointed in that. The Alpine Ursa set is ridiculous, doesn't fit the character at all, and everyone who wears it in a game should lose a lot because people should want to work extra hard to focus down the stupid looking Ursa.

If the Aion mace thing shows anything it's that Valve ain't afraid to take something down.

If enough people make noise about it then I'm sure it won't last.

Although if it got enough votes to be included in the game... meh, it doesn't bother me.

I dont think a 10$ item is going anywhere.

I dunno. Cowboy/Lederhosen Ursa has been in the files since cosmetics were revealed, and it was even downvoted pretty well in the workshop(Note: I can't find it there anymore). It's not a legal issue and people complained back then and Valve still put it in. I now fully expect cyborg Broodmother. : /

I actually got a comment by a Valve developer on my item, but all he had to say is that there is no bones connecting it to the hero. I am no expert here, but I am pretty sure the Nether Ward isn't attached to pugna.

I can't say for sure what Valve looks at in an item before giving it a test, but I have recently reached over 100 ratings, and am 82% positive.

Good god at the whining in this thread. Nothing is being changed other than a stupid cosmetic item.

That the community thought was a piece of shit. Many items with higher rating have yet to be approved. Why did this? And at high rarity at that?

I dont really care but people have a point.

I'm confused at this. I think you should keep it for the ward. Maybe the dev was mistaken. I cant see why a static item like the nether ward needs bones connecting it to anything.

I could see it as them doing an experiment to see how many people are actually interested in a goofy item like that.

To be honest, I don't really see that many cosmetics in my games, and I don't even know if they were bought or found. I'm curious to how well they are selling. I would think the majority of purchases are keys.

Also Pudge got an appearance change. He is bald like dota 1 pudge now.

And troll warlord info is in the game now

Plus, Lone Druid, Brewmaster and awesome Ogre Magi items have appeared. Not added yet though.

Well Im glad they added the Ursa set I really liked, this one but they left out one of the pieces of the armor, which IMO made it the most unique, the claws.

Wonder if they still dont know how they will handle the weapon slot for Ursa, because none of the new sets had it.

Just throw some bones in that thing and call it a night.

Don't know if true or not, but wouldn't bones lend attachment points and origins for things like particle effects (in this case, the ward's nether bolt)?

I think creators still get money from keys though, at least they did for the Summer items, so they get money either way. The only thing we can measure is the faceless void item, which was unlocked a little over 24k times from the summer crate. It's an uncommon item from a crate that has 3 uncommon items, so from those three items alone there were probably around 72000 keys bought. Then from that there's 6 rares, 1 mythical and the low chance of a courier. No idea what the chances are that they dropped, but it's safe to say at least 100k keys were bought.

whaaattttt. Elvis hair cosmetic item confirmed!

I made a comment asking for some more info. My bet, is that it is an oversight on account that it is the only item in the entire workshop imported with the in game tools that isn't supposed to be attached to the hero.

I also made a topic on the dev boards about a similar issue (I can't submit revisions now due to the new bone check), hopefully someone realizes the issue soon, I was going to submit a version that fixed some scaling and positing issues tonight. But its nice to see it being even remotely considered.

Just toss a few

on top of it for good measure.

And don't know if it was in before the patch today or not, but just noticed that there's now a tab labeled "International" besides the Blog, News, and Updates tabs on the main menu. Has the same stuff that's up on the website right now.

Oh man, I just had the greatest thought: particle effects triggered on cosmetics by activation of their counterpart inventory item (ie brief cyclonic effect at the head of the Euls Scepter, burst of wind on the Force Staff, etc). Probably something for Valve to figure out, however.

It seems Phantom Lancer has changed as well, his armour.

I could just be seeing changes everywhere though... I guess Cyborgmatt will show us the way.

I really hope the lack of hair is a mistake. I mean, he still has hair textures in game! And an item slot!

I had a headless sven, I think its just parts of the model are glitching out.

Looking closer, pudge does have some redone parts of him, could be intentional. I think when they significantly change models like this they should keep vintage items like pudge's hair for vet players.
