The hour I spent figuring out what an engineer in TF2 did was wildly illuminating, and the little I played of Mannworks was amusing. Coal Town and Decoy don't work for me though, unless the ability to traverse invisible walkways and go through stairs was one of the Sleeping Dogs preorder bonuses.

I knew you could do it. Just 8 classes left to figure out!
 

I tried some of his workouts and they're pretty forgettable. His stuff is actually more misleading than anything and he's held as one of the prime examples of dishonest "before/after" result photos.

But he does have a nice build.

You should try demo. I hear he's really easy.

Speaking of workouts, I been hitting the gym 4-5 times a week and I think I've packed some muscle...not as much as I want but still, its a slow process.

How long have you been going to notice it? I just started going regularly and am hoping I start noticing some improvement to help me stay motivated. But I suppose weight loss at this point in time is good enough.

I noticed some definition in my shoulders and biceps almost within a week.
 
50 Mbps is fifty times the speed of my internet, and 100 times the speed if I go off what I'm actually getting and not what I'm supposed to be receiving, so you guys deserve to suffer for a little.

We've been suffering for almost 3 weeks. It's gone on long enough.
 
I just found this hot bearded muscle bear cub from school on Facebook (cool!) but all his updates are either about God, Jesus (meh) or martial arts (he must seriously practise every martial art style known to man), and there's an unacceptably low amount of public photos. And he's not a friend so I can't add him. But I saw a video of him playing capoeira and it's... awkward seeing a big guy like him flipping around the room (or, well, trying to).

Who plays League of Legends? I kinda need someone to help me out with it like to build up heroes ETC...

I used to play a lot but I've lapsed recently due to real life. I only play ARAMs on weekends now. They did remake my wife Garen recently, I want to try him out.
 
Yeah, I would agree with this, but it depends on each person.

The muscle I've had the least amount of showing has been pectorals. That could be genetics or the fact I hate chest workouts with a passion, and do it once a week. Triceps is second, I feel the pain and the soreness, and I definitely work that muscle more regularly than chest, but it's a tough muscle to develop.

I have like no pecs..or I still think they are from when I was chubby. I work everything the same day but in small amounts, I am not trying to be insanely big just 'fit' compared to when I was chubby. I still work primarily on my abs and my biceps/triceps.

I don't even bother with abs, mostly because I'm bulking up and eat anything and everything and secondly I've come to accept that I'm becoming a cub/bear.

How tall and how much do you weigh? Or i guess, where do you want to end up at. I'm 150 lbs and 5'10" and kinda hairy...where is that link that generates gay labels?

I think pecs are the hardest to develop on just about everyone. The last and hardest thing to get. Not to mention body types can factor in too. Some people have literally no pecs, no muscles with a completely flat chest, and others have a raised or formed chest to work with.

So are you trying to gain more muscle and presumably gain weight in the process? And dont worry bout the hair, its why god invented body trimmers afterall :)
 
yo hateradio can you fix your quote reply thing so it works with RE:Gaf? because it gives me two windows. RE:GAF has it's own quick reply box, but yours has more built in options so it's better than re:gaf's built in one because fuck typing out spoiler and all that other shit.

You mean the quick editor? re:GAF is just a style sheet, it doesn't add any functionality to the site.

I've been working on an update recently, which will get rid of the "Edit" bar at the top of a post. It'll just replace the Edit link's editor.

What all are you doing workout-wise. For me, abs are kind of already included with deadlifts and squats, since you have to stabilize your core so much. Secondly, once I started to try and bulk and put on some weight was when my abs finally started to come out. Well, they're still getting there, but I can see the outline most mornings.

I work out using dumbbells as that's what I have at home. I have a workout bench which I can do inclines on. Exercise consist of Bench press (incline included), Flys, Arm Pullovers, various curls, tricep extensions and kickbacks, presses for shoulders and deadlifts and arm rows for backs. I don't do any ab specific sets, but sometimes I do feel some burn. Im about 160lbs and 5'8.
