Man that episode. That broken Walt. Was amazing he got Jesse to see how broken his life is now, and a great part of his plan.

I somehow get the feeling Walt will end up shooting someone with that pistol of his from last season. "You don't show a loaded gun, yadda yadda..."

I'm a Venture Brothers fan. A year isn't so hard.

Yeah, HBO has hardened me to these year long breaks.

With the last episode of the year being called "Everbody Wins"

Im assuming that when SkySKy will be killed?

Honestly, what happened between him and his three friends that prevented a Nobel prize-winning, Caltech PhD., and Sandia lab post doc from getting a academic post or working R/D at some major company? Why does Walt keep fucking up?

Didn't he cheat on Gretchen with Skyler or something or am I making that up?

Don't think so, but maybe I'm wrong. Not sure what really happened between Gretchen and Walt. Think he just took off while visiting her family during a holiday weekend. Think that's all we know but I could be wrong.

It was revealed in an interview with the actress.

Walt got butthurt Gretchen was rich.

Remember when Gus Fring invited Walt over for a family dinner? What a difference. Walt want to be Gus, but he's fallen so short.

The Phoenix dealer calls Walt's product "Fring Blue". Walt's shooting for "Heisenberg Blue".

Also -- nice to hear Gray Matter pop back up.

oh yeah

was he intimidated by her wealth and privilege

Please don't spoil lines and whatnot from the previews like you guys did last week. Pretty please?

Is the show that follows Breaking Bad getting good ratings?

I can't imagine AMC is happy.

Its ratings from July 31st:

Small Town Security (AMC)
-11:04 PM: 0.420 million viewers, 0.16 A18-49

That's really bad. Even though it's surely pretty cheap, I would think AMC would want something that would at least make the Top 100 for Sunday.

Damn great episode. Dinner scene was excellent, as was what led up to it. Before this the show has "just" extensively shown that Walt has become a villain with such an indestructible and fatalistic sense of pride that he's willing to sacrifice everything and everyone else around him to build a name for himself. Now it's been said. By Walt. So there's that.

Also loved Walt whistling in the lab. Chilling.

Oh, and everyone: thanks for not just spoiling that line from the preview but already repeating it ad nauseam to the point of already removing all impact! Usually we have to wait, say, 10 minutes after an episode has aired for that to happen, but you all did it a full week before the ep aired! Congrats, and F▒▒k You!
