I'm a member of the black association of america. To me, this is funny. Its offensive as shit, but its funny. But, I feel like its laughed at by people in the wrong way? Like racists would laugh at this because, well, blacks can't read! Others laugh at it as a funny stereotype, displayed in an image, with a stereotype/racist joke atmosphere. However, if a joke is funny, the joke is funny. If I were deciding to ban you over this, I wouldn't. As dammit, its just a mean sort of funny. I'll expect to see some anti-semtic/hispanic/obese/and homosexual contributions from you in the future. However, if there are none, I will definitely raise an eyebrow.

I think it's just so over the top that it's hard to laugh at it for the "wrong" reasons. Very, very few people (if any) would think "it's funny cause it's true".

But I also have to admit I laughed very hard at its mix of stereotyping, stupidity and offensiveness.
