I hate playing Crystal Maiden...running around with a target on your back sucks even when I win with her.
Is there a good rule of thumb on when you can AFK farm in the jungle with non jungling heroes? I have this problem where I'll try to farm the jungle once laning has broken down and I'll either lose a lot of health farming one creep camp or hit the jungle way too late.

Hard to believe that there isn't a single picture of the guy anywhere. It's his choice though, just hope he knows how much everybody appreciates all he hard work and dedication he has put in towards the game. He is still updating the original dota right?
Yeah he is. Dota 1 and 2 are getting parity? (dunno if that's the right word I'm looking for)
Either way they are both the same basically, when Dota 1 gets updated so does Dota 2 with the same changes.

I know they originally wanted to wait until all the heroes were in before they launched, but almost all the competitive heroes have already been put in, and a few of the ones that aren't in are being reworked.
Terrorblade, Phoenix, Pitlord are being remade. I've heard rumors of techies being remade, nothing confirmed.
I don't believe Legion Commander, Goblin Shredder, Firepanda or Dragonhawk bro are in cm yet, so they get put on the backburner.
Magnataur, Medusa, Slark, Meepo are probably very close to being finished. Meepo is a shoe-in after TI2 in my opinion.
The other heroes remaining aren't really picked competitively, or so I've read.

Oh god, just noticed in the concept art that Techies' remote mines are little goblins in barrels. LOL.
Techies is actually an uncommon surprise pick in CM. I've drafted him a few times myself. He's usually played as either a solo mid or a farmer in the safe lane and is an incredible pusher. Remote mines with scepter have devastating teamfight power, and Stasis is the longest stun in the game. Honestly I think he fits in the meta pretty well and could make a huge comeback if put in.

Edit: Upon further examination it looks like there's 4 games going on at once, so you'll have to pick and choose to see what you want to watch live.
