That would make Jesse mighty suspicious. He'd know that Walt doesn't have that much cash himself.

If there's such thing as a used tampon bin, and a guy who cleans them exclusively, I want to know more.

It would also be further reason for Jesse to just get out. Jesse's willing to walk on the money and with 9 episodes left I don't think he's coming back.

Women's restroom stalls often have little metal boxes in them with paper liners for the disposal of feminine hygiene products. Basically so women have somewhere to stash them without having to carry them out of the stall, to cut down on people trying to flush them.

But if the person who empties them is just sticking their hand in and dipping for tampons, they're doing it wrong.

GLIDING o'er all, through all,
Through Nature, Time, and Space,
As a ship on the waters advancing,
The voyage of the soul--not life alone,
Death, many deaths I'll sing.

Walt Whitman....

The source of the title for next weeks episode is this Whitman poem for those of you who don't know.

yeah but Walts character is so shity he acts cool but sometimes when he does it I am not feeling it. He was acting like a scared girl mumbling when he shoot Mike,
"Shut that fuck up an let me Die in piece"damn right Mike RIP
I wonder if they gonna turn his character around or smth next year cant wait...

That's the awesome thing about his character. Other than himself, who else does he have to prove anything to? He tries to be a badass, but deep down he's still emotionally vulnerable, almost moreso than anyone else on the show to the point that it is the major fault of his character, well, as a human.

so I hope all the walt sympathizers realize how stupid of a position that was now.

welcome to the right side!

But Skyler drove him this way. After she had fucked Ted his whole life turned around he was providing for his family in a man should be doing. Unlike her she is smoking trying to give Walt more cancer plus the fact that she is fucking someone else while pregnant. How can you do that to a person who is trying to support them for the rest of their lives after he passes away.

well i'd have to agree with vince gilligan, walt has some serious self esteem issues.

This is a frightening discovery for me, but for some reason, I'm glad to have learned it.

Walt wouldn't have had so much pent up anger if Skyler wasn't nagging him so much at the car wash. Then, at dinner, she wouldn't let him talk about his day. Mike would still be alive if she was a better wife.

Baseless Speculation ahead:

So Jonathan Banks gave an interview to GQ last week. And this week, we have an interview by Anna Gunn on Salon.com. QED, She's going to get offed by Walt in next week's finale. Quote me when this happens!

I can't fucking wait for next week. I bet the cartel/new baddies are going to try and off Jesse or kidnap him. Then Walt comes riding on his golden horse. But not to save Jesse, NO. He's too evil. He comes back because he doesn't want Jesse cooking his blue meth. He can't have competition for his product, he doesn't give a shit about Jesse otherwise. Awww yeah, EVIL WALT to the max.

I'm still on Team Walt, I care about his character deeply and still want him to succeed but I realize his downfall is necessary for him to come full circle. I don't like Hank or Skylar. Killing Mike sucks but you could tell he was genuinely shocked and did it as a crime of passion heat of the moment reaction.

Walt has it coming though I don't deny that and obviously he hasn't been doing this 'for his family' for like 3 seasons now but it's still really fun to root for him. I sympathize with his grey matter plight and understand the want/need to be 'the guy'. That doesn't justify what he does but he's still very likeable to me.

Pfft. He's still a fascinating character. He was in over his head from the get-go, and that's what's so great about his character. When his back is against the wall, the real badass Heisenberg comes out and takes care of business. He's still fragile, though, and doesn't like having to do dirt, but his pride is overpowering. I still want him to come out on top of the whole thing, no matter what wrong he's done.

Killing Mike sucks because I liked Mike's character, but it's not like Walt killed an innocent man. He killed a man who tried to kill him twice. Mike really just got what was coming to him. You don't point a gun at Heisenberg twice and live to tell about it. PEACE.

At this point I cant even tell if this is trolling anymore.

Wow.

That's the first time I've ever watched a television show and not wanted what was going on to... go on.

At first I thought that Walt shot Mike to clean up. He very clearly took Mike's gun because he knew it might go down like that. But then, when he gave Mike the line about how he just figured out that Lydia knew, it hit me that he shot him purely out of anger, and purely in the heat of the moment.

That's something. We had been building up to Walt killing someone just 'cause forever, and now it has finally happened.

All because Skylar wouldn't give him another baby. Shame on her.

So, exactly how did the cops get enough to get a warrant on the lawyer?

Just him going into and out of a bank is enough for probable cause? Even if the bank woman told the cops about multiple safe deposit boxes, this seems like a massive stretch, no?

Also, Mike having his granddaughter's safe deposit box in the same place as the legacy payments? Sloppy.

At least three times, I think: At the laundry, after Gus was killed, and again last week. Also, he punched Walt in the face, bugged his house, scared him straight with his "half-measures" story, strapped him to a radiator, and gave Jesse the idea to exit the business.

Walt was long overdue to repay these favors.

I've been saying for awhile now that Walt never truly embraced the Heisenberg mantle until I.F.T.

They kept saying the lawyer "flipped" but never actually showed it...That guy is not in good enough shape to be doing flips. So annoying. BB is usually good about this kinda stuff.

I haven't liked Walt at all this season. He thinks he's a gangster after killing Gus but he still isn't intimidating at all to me, because in every single life or death situation he gets lucky. The worst part about it is since he is the main character of the TV show I know whoever opposes him is gonna lose. So I knew Walt was going to kill Mike at the start of the season.

Surprisingly enough I actually like Walt a little more after this episode because he actually felt remorse after shooting Mike and if anything I thought he would have predicted this outcome. At this point I'm just hoping Hank and Jesse make it out of the show alive.

yeah this was not planned, the gun was a last ditch effort in case he got into trouble with mike, but mike burned his pride and ego and just walked away and pissed him off, you can see by his face after he drives off that he's shocked about what he did.

Naw. Thats the moment where he realizes he could have just got the names from lydia. At this point I think walt is already a cold blooded killer.

Just a quick question. Have you strictly been watching the show from week to week, or have you done much in the way of marathoning most of the show in more condensed portions?

Walt may be a killer, but he's far from being cold-blooded... yet. It's definitely another notch in the ladder, so to speak though.

Jeeze the most disturbing part of the final scene is when Walt is pacing around like he regrets what he did and then says, "Oh shit I could have just done this to Lydia. Shoot! Darn."

Its like he doesnt even realize what he is doing any more.

I honestly didn't care that much about Mike but watching that making of with Jonathan Banks made me feel sad. This is the role he'll be known for and it's over. :(

I rarely watch tv. I only watched these episodes because my wife was watching them and they seemed interesting. I want to check out the rest of them now.

Don't sweat it. Things are fairly predictable anyway. You'll know when someone's about to bite the bullet, for the most part. But do yourself a favor and marathon the eps you missed. It's an amazing show. PEACE.
