I love LOOOVE no signatures here. Love it. LOOOOVE IT.

But when I first got here, animated avatars was a unique feature, AFAIK. Take up the same amount of screen space.

Heck lately most of the threads I read have so many GIFs that the load times are hefty as is.

Limit the file size and brevity becomes the soul of wit.
