This is the error I receive when trying to checkout at Green Man in IE: •"Some content or files on this webpage require a program that you don't have installed."
Chrome just hangs and Safari gives me a content error.
I've never had an issue before. Anywhere here have an idea of what the issue might be?
Edit: Basically, I've tried it on multiple browsers on different computers at two different locations and I can't process a transaction.

Ugh, I click checkout and nothing happens. Eventually I get this message, "We are sorry, but there has been a network connection problem. Please try to checkout again. If the error persists, please contact our ZENDESK. We apologise for the inconvenience."

Yup. The GMG techs spent a few hours on my problem and couldn't fix it. I also refunded Dark Souls and then decided to buy it again. I basically made a whole new account and bought it just fine off that.

Sent a ticket as well. The problem is, if you're waiting on the current 20% off, forget about it. GMG takes quite some time to answer their tickets. It says 3-days, takes more like a week plus.

The ticket I sent for the refund of DS took ages so I sent another one and had it answered in like 10 mins then a few days later the original one was answered and the guy was all 'looks like this got sorted out for you'.
So yeah, I guess it depends what guy your ticket gets sent to.
Still trying to buy it even at full price, doesn't matter, the site doesn't work after clicking on checkout.
Edit: Fuck it, bought it from GamersGate at full price.
Amazing price for Hitman too. I have already bought it. GMG is the best legit shop...great prices for Steam preorders.
EDIT: There is a new 25% code for Europe (I dont know if it works in USA): GMG25-1BW0K-K1A3G
Considering that the US one works in Europe, I would assume so.

I'm having the same issue with Dark Souls. I even made a second account and got through most of the payment process using PayPal, but it says my order was refunded and now I'm unable to complete it on either account.
I just used this, along with the labor day one to pick up Dark Souls and Dishonored, both worked for NA customer.
I want to pick up Hitman for 25% off but I can't use those two codes now. Hrm, does GMG frown on creating different accounts to take advantage of the 25% codes, guess I can use someones cc to order it instead if they do.
Edit: Er, nevermind that EU code seems to work more than once, just ordered Hitman for $33.75. Odd that the Labor day one is one time use but this one isn't.

X-com Deal for $37 with trash free game trade in (I have Greed to trade in which they gave me for free). That's tempting. Any better offers anywhere?

Thanks, I got $4 credit as suggested! Better than nothing. Now to decide if I want X-COM on Steam or not. I think I want to help the cause towards getting Civ5.

Isnt Xcom Steamworks? The GMG version activates on Steam either way.
A GMG pre-order wouldn't get the Steam specific pre-order rewards though, which is what I think I'm interested in more.

The problem is... what game would you trade in?
There's a bonus right now with Greed specifically, you get a total of $7 in trade credit off of XCOM with it. I'm not sure if any other games apply, but that's the one to use if you've got it. I'm not sure if any other games have the same kind of bonus right now, but I imagine they'll switch it up.

It gets you the stuff in Reward tier 1, the classic X-com solidiers etc.
I'm personally not interested in Reward tier 2 since I think putting TF2 stuff in X-com is kind of stupid.
Other way around, XCOM stuff in TF2.
I do find it interesting that Steam pre-purchasers had to "unlock" the Elite Soldier Pack, considering it's a standard inclusion in all first run versions everywhere else.
