Shin Sangokumusou 6 = Dynasty Warriors 7. They're one behind because the original Dynasty Warriors (Sangokumusou) was a versus fighting game, and they consider it to be different from the rest of the series over there.

Hehe, i didnt notice that. I guess you mean the dress part? Looks kinda strange at first indeed, but i think that it is just the dress that sticks out.
