That's not quick at all.

If we lose I have nothing left to live for and nothing left to bring me joy.
Nonsense. Look at it this way: Focus on winning out and then getting your revenge by beating Stanford in the MNC game.

It worked for us last year.

Georgia put up 713 yards on FAU tonight. It was FAU, but that's still a good number considering Murray didn't play after midway in the 3rd quarter and they weren't trying to run up the score.

Eh. Fulmer was on his way out. He was following the Bobby Bowden trajectory. I think Kiffen was actually a brilliant hire in retrospect. He was really douchey because he was trying too hard. Just incredibly bad luck that the USC job opened up. You need to be a great recruiter to win, and Kiffen was that. Dooley, not so much.
The problem for Dooley is that he has recruited well enough to win. Better than Fulmer was doing at the end and both of his classes are better overall than the one Kiffin brought in. The truth is that he is a terrible coach. There is no way around it.

making me feel better than earlier, when you said 14-14. FAU is up next for Alabama.

There's still time to salvage the season. They could still go 3rd in the East, maybe.

Jarvis Jones didn't play at all tonight, they didn't really need him and he played through a groin injury last week. They weren't pressuring FAU much at all until the second half, when I heard that Grantham sacrificed a walk-on. That seemed to do the trick. FAU has some decent athletes and Carl Pelini is their coach, if that's worth anything. But as soon as we started dialing up the pressure on the QB they pretty much fell apart.

Defensively FAU couldn't stop us at all, obviously. Marshall and Gurley both rushed for over 100 yards apiece and Murray was 14/10 for 342. Georgia has been playing a ton of spread this year so far, and a lot of pistol formation tonight. It seems to be working really well. They're also doing a new thing this year which seems to be helping.. Instead of Murray handing off to RB's he's tossing it back to them so they have more room to read their lanes. LSU's done it a lot lately.

I concur. He's done a great job of stabilizing the program/recruiting. But there's a reason we get absolutely decimated every single game after halftime. I think chaney is a big problem as well, his playcalling, as usual, left alot to be desired. No excuse for the performance tonight.

Volnation is hilarious as it normally is after these games.

LOL. Hopefully Verne gets fired for that. I can't stand his voice and retarded laugh.

Verne's not getting fired. Verne's got naked pictures of some CBS executive or something. I think the man could kill a hooker on live television and still keep his job.

Killing hookers has never disqualified anyone from calling college football games

I agree about Chaney. There was no reason to abandon the run it was working for the first time in 3 years and then they just stopped after FL tied it so stupid.

There's no way Stanford doesn't win.

Here's the rest of the game:

Stanford rushes on first and second down, and if they don't get the first, they throw a short pass on third to easily pick it up. Repeat til score.

That statement can easily be Alabama.
