His success is because here in the states we've been littered with horrible "pop music" now for almost a decade. New artists can't sing, and certainly can't dance. The videos are lame, and of course, there's no memorable "dance" to them. You know, an infectious dance like say the one from "Bye, bye, bye", or "Everybody - Backstreet's back", and even one from the original MIB song by Will Smith.

Pop music should be fun! If I want to listen to serious music, I'll listen to Linkin Park (lol).

Okay, I don't listen to k-pop. But ever since listening to psy, i've been checking out random videos. Haven't had much luck but i think this song has come the closest to giving off that psy type vibe sound wise. Don't know if there are any others.
