Good call. I would add OK Computer and The Verve's Urban Hymns as well as The Stone Roses to the list. I could probably add a few Beatles records quite easily. A couple others that spring to mind are:

There's better individual Radiohead tracks out there (Weird Fishes and There There come to mind), but in terms of a perfect album viewed as one cohesive entity, it doesn't get much better than Kid A.

I'd have added The Freewheelin, but I'm not big on Bob Dylan's Blues and Talking World War III. Though, Blowin' In The Wind and A Hard Rain's a-Gonna Fall are so far beyond amazing maybe they make up for them...

I could never get into his first album knowing almost all the songs are covers.

Haha, sure, but I've just never seen anyone declare their love for Antenna, especially not saying it's "Perfect". But hey, damn good album, just surprised to see it mentioned.

I know it's an unpopular opinion, but I can't get past the drippy 60's lyrics and copious use of reverb. Sounds so much like "The Association" and everyone else from that era for my tastes, I guess.
