It's insane to me that a song with no English translation/version is mashing US radio stations of all types.

Well it has a great beat to it, that's for sure, and he says "hey sexy lady". Not to discredit this song, as it's great, but you have to remember there's nothing good out there POP wise now or in months. The stage was set to be dominated.

Everyone loves their serious songs, but people will also love some wacky song with a good beat and fun dance.

Is it me or does this song expose how slow Billboard is at determining their rankings? I think the song is clearly #1 in the States right now. Almost all the digital stores/sites have had it #1 for a couple weeks now and Billboard is still behind the curve on putting it up there.

It didn't hit #1 on iTunes until early last week. And the hot 100 is based off combining digital sales, radio, streaming, etc. It's amazing for a Korean song to be #2 at all considering that. It really shows how much radio is actually embracing the song.
