I also found it hard to get through Detachment, but only because the film is so shallow and stupid.

Headhunters is supposed to be a really cool nordic thriller, was added in the last few days.

Oh gee, look what is coming soon.

Halloween 6: The Curse of Michael Myers (1995) - 11/1/2012
Crazed serial killer Michael Myers returns from the dead, and his niece must save her newborn from her knife-wielding uncle.
Average Netflix rating: 3.3

Good timing Netflix. Good timing.

Gina was the best thing about the movie imo, Ewan Mcgregor just ruined it. Needed more Gina/Channing onscreen, less Ewan worst-fight-scene ever.

Anyone else keep getting errors when trying to add stuff to your queue? I get two different error messages telling me I can't add something but then when I go to my queue its there anyway.

Detachment is on Netflix now?

I watched the first hour of it previously, but I was disappointed by it a bit so I didn't bother to watch the rest of it. Maybe I'll finish it now.

7 James Bond movies added to Netflix:

-From Russia With Love
-On Her Majesty's Secret Service
-Diamonds Are Forever
-The Man With The Golden Gun
-Moonraker
-Never Say Never Again
-The Living Daylights

Maybe not the right thread to ask this, but anyone know when Prime's exclusivity deal with Warner Bros. should end, so shows like West Wing and Fringe can go on Netflix? I thought it was just until the end of the summer, but haven't heard anything since. Prime video player on my PS3 sucks compared to the Netflix app.

Saw Trainspotting for the first time and my first Danny Boyle movie. It's really fucking proper. I like this guy's style. Gonna have to check out more of Boyle's work. Any other suggestions besides Slumdog or 127 Hours?

Bond! sweet. gotta watch a bunch of those.

Saw the first episode of Sherlock S2 last night. So, so good.

it was amazing right? hope the rest of the season lives up to that first ep. god it was good.

Heard The Conversation is a great movie with Gene Hackman - anyone see it??

yes! everyone add this to your queue and watch it. its fantastic. a great Coppola film.

What?!?

How come I didn't realise this :(

I'll just hold out an irrational hope that it's so they can re-add the widescreen versions of the early seasons of Stargate.

:(

Sorry man but it looks like the contract expired and MGM is likely asking for more money to renew than Netflix is willing to pay (otherwise it would be back by now).

Sunshine.

Sunshine.

27 Days Later.

Sunshine.

Yeah, basically these two choices.

Sunshine is good and is wonderful in the audiovisual department, although the movie loses quality late on.

I think the other movie was called 28 days later, which is also great.

Slumdog Millionaire is a movie from him I've seen that was very popular when it came out, but now that the hype is blown over I would say it's just a good movie.

So is it basically the rule that when TV shows come to Netflix, they are here to stay?
I have a lot of tv series on Netflix, but I do get a lot that expire.

Sunshine and 28 Days later. Avoid Slumdog, it's crap.

Every time she spoke the movie seemed to get worse for me. I am surprised at how awful I think the movie is, I'm a huge fan of hers (clearly the MMA/American Gladiators version).

Sunshine, 28 Days Later, SHALLOW GRAVE.

127 Hours is really good too, if you're avoiding it you should totally check it out. Slumdog is populist pap though.

hey guys, i just recently got into business accounting degree. so i find everything accounting interesting. are there any movies that has something to do with accounting? part of a movie scene is fine since i know accounting is a boring subject and hard to be make a movie out of.

Watched the Pruitt Igoe Myth last night. A very interesting documentary about a massive public housing project in St Louis that turned into a disaster. It's fascinating to watch something start out so promising turn into something so horrible in a short amount of time. Worth a watch, but not exactly uplifting.

^^^^
Ah, the Beach. Probably the only Boyle movie that I flat out hate. Isn't this the one with that stupid videogame sequence?

BBC's Sherlock is absolutely brilliant.

I'm already anxiously awaiting series 3. Jesus fuck, episode 3 of season 2 so amazing.

Ahh yeah! More Trailer Park Boys for me!

Also, I watched Making of South Park (Sorry, don't know what it's called). And Netflix recommended me so much amazing shit! I wish I added them all in Instant Queue cause I lost that list now! D:
