I always thought Obama was a great speaker but it's borderline awkward watching him speak. He "uhhs" every other word and his speaking is broken and far from fluid.

He has a very bad habit with the pauses and uhhs. Too much time with teleprompters and not enough off the cuff talks

I noticed that Jim actually audibly laughed when Obama did his laugh line. Pretty interesting.. Obama did it with humor. Contrast this with how Romney did it.
