OMG I lost it on this one!

Now I'm curious as to what product they were trying to sell.

"Are you completely out of knifes and reduced to using doorstops to slice your bread? Are your wooden utensils too dull to get the job done? Order our patented wooden wedge bread slicer! Call now and we'll double the offer, absolutely free."

"The little boat gently drifted across the pond exactly the way a bowling ball wouldn't."

I don't understand how this could be one of the worst analogies written in a highschool essay. This is the best sort of writing. They all remind me of Douglas Adams.

Or Terry Pratchett.

That one is pretty much lifted directly from Adams describing the Vogon fleet.

The rest are all clearly intended as jokes.

I want to know what the intended outcome was here. Was he just intentionally smashing his face on a chair? Why?

The idea must have been to raise his arms at the last minute and end up in a press-up pose with his face close to the chair. Remarkably stupid either way, but its the only thing that makes any sense to me

Long years ago, I had this weird dragon thing that was folded out of a sheet of paper, and I think it was inverse like that so it looked like it was following you around the room. My mom would knock it over or something so it wouldn't be staring at her as she walked by, haha.
