I agree. It's not really a dress for curvy women. It's super flattering from the front, but, as someone else said, it emphasizes the wrong parts of her shape from other angles. It's a dress meant to give the illusion of curves to shapeless women like Avril and Ciara. When you already have supple T&A like Xtina, it overplays them.
A lot of people in this thread don't even realize that Xtina has actually lost weight since she wore that iconic yellow dress. And this dress that she wore around the same time:

This is an opinion shared by many people. Especially her fans who prefer her "glamour" look:
This look was used for her "Back to Basics" album era.
However, Xtina has always been vocal about people loving themselves, and staying true to who they are. This tanned look is something she enjoys, and, as seen on the Jersey Shore, something that is quite popular in many parts of the world.
The look is wrapped up in a superficial stigma, but as long as it isn't hurting one, I say it's ok. Although, she definitely looks a hot mess in the lower regions... and she is just asking for someone to drag her for filth.
