I'd give you a different list for multiplayer as well.

Oh I played ME1 on PC which was pretty fantastic, that may differ for some people.

Difficulty in H2 was way out of whack. Heroic in 3 is a breeze.

Halo 2 was more like

Stupid Easy -> Normal -> Really Tough -> Impossible

Halo 3 is easier, but they probably should play it on normal, because they're going to get really tired and play even worse, it'll be frustrating too.

Halo 3 is a better designed game but I really doubt they'll be able to finish it on Heroic with the time they have left.

Heroic was really unfair in Halo 2 so it really limited what you could do.

It is yeah, I like two player coop on legendary for the others, but 2 I used to do heroic, to curve some of the frustration.

it's fun purely for killing. but the levels are definitely poorly designed. the best aspect was only for the MP which was amazing. thankfully Halo 3 SP fixed all these issues.
