How many Skylanders are there out there in total now?

There's a GalGun port for PS3 with additional characters and move support, and I would find that to be a better thing to invest money into. Edit: Obligatory.

Skylanders is an okay game, but people who collect all the stuff are pretty dumb. If it was a fantastic game maybe I could understand, but it ain't so I don't. I mean, the characters in the game aren't even very well balanced! There's a ton of characters in the game that are just straight up worse than others. Some are plain garbage.
