256GB storage would have been more reasonable, but with a base 128GB that 's kind of a ridiculous price. There's no way you're gonna get by with 128GB on a MacBook Pro, so it's going to cost a lot more than $1699.

The intel dual cores are actually pretty good. For everyday tasks single threaded performance is important and they have the same beefy cores as the i7.
