Ah yeah, it's a visual novel/ adventure game, so likely pretty from what you're used to. I wouldn't let that sway you too much because the game is only $15 on Amazon and just about everyone who's tried it has been blown away by it (with a few exceptions). I think Aksys had a demo on their site, not sure if its still up though. And yeah, I hope you do post more and get out there a bit

I want to broaden my horizons a bit game wise, so I will check it out when I have the money. Thank you for the recommendation :)

Name's Adrese. Born in Seattle, live in Seattle (but I've spent < 2 years of my entire life here) Joined GAF for the gaming discussion and now 90% of my posts are in OT, somehow. I'm currently writing a book that I intend to self-publish (and expect to make no money off of, just trying to build a body of work)

Edit: Hm... Not a Junior any more. When'd that happen?

My family lives in Calama, which is actually in the same region as Antofagasta (250-ish kilometers away). I was born here (not the mine itself, but the town next to it

)

So your gf's chilean? That's nice! Where do you live? I'm sorry if you've already replied to this, I haven't been able to read the whole thread yet :(

Also, the country's nice. It has its shortcomings, of course, but there's plenty to see and experience. You have the driest desert in the world in the north and you have beautiful forests and fjords in the south, and lovely valleys and vineyards in the central part of the country. So I hope you're able to visit Chile one day :)
I know Calama! My gf has family there as well. I think its about 2-3 hours from Antofagasta or so. I'm in Toronto Canada! Hope to get down there after graduation in a few years. I may end up living there one day :P

I was planning on moving to Italy but then I met my gf and plans have obviously changed. Not a huge fan of the desert so I think I'd want to be more towards the south. Beautiful country with very lovely people.

I'm Essam but you can call me Sam or just Whiskers. Yes, I'm a grown man who likes to be called Whiskers. I'm 26, live in Saudi Arabia, and I'm a musician. I could spend hours telling stories about my numerous brushes with the law solely due to my being a musician. Currently trying to write my way out of this country one sad album at a time. I'll make it one day. Just you wait. If you'd like to support me, here's my bandcamp page.

Here, enjoy my face.

I'm not gay but what are these feelings???

Name is Darren (shocking, I know...)

Born and raised in New York but moved to London about 3 years ago for work. My hobbies include outdoor adventures (hiking, skiing, diving etc) and traveling the world. Been traveling my whole life and the end goal is to got to about 75% of the countries in the world. Right now I am at about 13% and plan on hitting a new country every month in 2013.

Otherwise besides that I am a gym/health nut and am also a pretty big foodie. Have a gf that somehow puts up with me and all my shenanigans, but she enjoys the travel and the nice restaurants. Guess it makes it worth it ;D

After 2013, I will be looking to move more east, thinking about Australia, Hong Kong or Tokyo. After that we will see what happens, maybe do a bunch of 1-3 month stints around Asia.

Oh and I am 27.

wow, that's amazing! I hope you end up moving here and, if you do, I hope you fall in love with the country. Despite all its flaws, it has a lot to give :)

Hi, I'm Robert. I'm 26 years old, and from Sweden.
I have degree in graphic design, and besides that I like cars (and anything that you can drive or ride), video games (who knew!) and anything fun you can do with a group of friends.

Well, all of this is easily searchable online, so:

My name is Sergio, I'm 23, this is how I look:

I live in Costa Rica, which is pretty awesome:

I have a degree in Computer Science and Engineering, soon to be upgraded to a masters.
I enjoy making games (although most have only been experiments so far, I'm working on my first real project which I aim to publish on Google Play next year).
I love listening to music (prog rock), reading (I saw some of you discussing Murakami *high five*), traveling (spent 6 months in an internship in Prague in 2010, hoping to visit again soon), going out with my friends, and I'm somewhat of a photography enthusiast (those aren't mine though).
Oh and of course, videogames.

If you're ever in Costa Rica, send me a PM! We'll go out for drinks or something.
