Rinse: don't sell your first pick unless it's EXTREMELY sweet deal. LT isn't a bad choice, but you already have one. You have 0 centers. That's a good place to look as well. I would personally go with center or RT.

Go for Flacco in FA if you have cap room.

Is he any good? He already has a decent MLB. I like going LB, but with a bad team, you gotta fill as many holes as possible.

True. For me, they take big hits going from left to right and vice versa. My guards especially. Try to see what he looks like at RT in your depth chart, rinse. If he's good (look at his RBK and PBK stats) then just take the LT.
