Had the loaded breakfast sandwich from Jack in the Box a few weeks ago. I don't even want to know how many calories in that bad boy (
707
) but JESUS it was good. Sausage, egg, bacon, ham and cheese on a SOURDOUGH bun. Great cheat day choice, really got my money's worth.

The new McDonald's CBO Angus burger was also surprisingly excellent, I've always found their Angus burgers to be sub-par but it was really good. Will try the Chicken version at some point as well.
 
Also anybody who says that BK Fries > Mcd's... You out of your damn mind. BK fries are gross. McDs are perfect. I like Wendys too, but sometimes they are soggy. 5 Guys has good fries too

One night, after drinking at a beer fest all day, I was waiting for the train. So I naturally got 1 big and tasty meal, large giant soda. I housed that meal... and I was hungry. So I bought another. I ended up dropping my drink on the floor. McDonalds gave me a new one. I was so happy. *edit* In fact, I think this is the happiest I had ever been in my life.

Love dat MCD's

Sadly, I only eat McDonalds once or twice a year at the most. Like after Red Sox or Patriots games, and after drinking festivals. That's it.

See the Flying Dutchman is special for me as it's only for post run competitions that I eat them. My only carbs come from the fries at that point or perhaps my milkshake but never the bun on those days.

When eating regularly, I usually order protein-style burgers at In-N-Out and my fries? Pffftt, I can only get through a fourth of what they serve me (I swear they give me like 2.5 'servings' everytime I get fries).

Animal Style sauce on fries is kind of gross and doesn't compliment potatoes at all.

I would eat Chick-Fil-A's breakfast any time of the day. Shame it stops at 10:30 since their breakfast is vastly superior to the lunch/dinner offerings.
 
Just had Freebirds for the first time in Temecula,CA last week. Very similar to Chipotle and IMO I like it better. Also have the burrito perfectly wrapped so it never falls apart. Quality ingredients and a very nice atmosphere. I can see them taking over Chipotle in terms of popularity.

If you can finish the Super Monster burrito you get your picture on a Hall of Fame board by the cashier.

For more authentic Mexican food you can never go wrong with King Taco, only available in Los Angeles county. Carne Asada burrito with no beans plus the super hot red sauce nom nom nom

And of course for those 3 in the morning munchies Alberto's carne asada fries are Godlike. Best faded/drunk food ever. We don't need your poutine in SouthWest America, Canada.

I like Wendy's nuggets or fries dipped in their chili, with somebof heir hot chili sauce oil mixed in there. Maybe some crumbled crackers to thickened up. Haven't done it in for a couple years though.

Nice! I'm over in Murrieta. Freebirds is like if Chipotle was good. (I know, shots fired and all that.) The Super Monster has to be impossible, it's literally the size of a standard paper towel roll. Ridiculous!
 
Anyone here from the UK tried Roosters yet?

Their grilled periperi chicken burger with halloumi cheese and seasoned fries is so fucking good.

Will post photos next time I get one. Looks just as good as it tastes, goddamn

Quiznos in NY is a disappointment. They look good on paper but the actual product is an extremely small portion, sloppily made and average tasting. Not horrible tasting, but just not truly satisfying.

And I've always been jealous of west coast fast foods.

I can't tell you how many Wendy's Spicy Chicken Sandwiches I've eaten in my lifetime. Shit is soooo goood.

When I go to McDonald's, my go to item is the Spicy McChicken with no mayo. Two of those are cheap and filling, and they are pretty damn good for a dollar.

Chick-Fil-a is evil. I don't know what kind of witchcraft they perform on their chicken sandwiches but god damn they are so good.
 
I've got a Wendy's Spicy chicken sammy at a downtown wendys. Will report back on quality.

Ugh, had some Taco Cabana and it is literally going right through me. The grease was unbelievable on my flautas, but I was so hungry.
 
Never understood the branch out mentality of some places. Didn't McDonalds try pizza at one point? No one is going into Subway to get some nachos. No doubt they will be tried, but those don't even look good. On the other hand, as a company Doritos seems huge these days. They are all over the place what with Taco Bell, Grand Pope Geoff Keighley and Halo 4. They must be raking in the cash.

The spicy chicken yesterday was pretty good, probably the tastiest and least greasy thing on Wendy's menu.
 
Rally's/Checker's have by far the best fries in fast food. Shame the one close to me closed down. I went there all the time. Chik-fil-a has the best any kind of chicken and, at least around me, Wendy's has the best fast food burgers.

Yeah those toys give me nostalgia overload. I think my grandma still has the ice cream toy.

Best Off Beat Item: BK (Sweet Potato Fries)
Best non-Burger/fried chicken joint: Jimmy Johns (do they count?)

Taco Bell is the devil. Just go to Chipotle, it doesn't take that much longer and your stomach will thank you.
 
I appreciate BK's fries because they aren't smothered in grease, actually taste like a potato and have a lot of body to them. Great for sauce dipping as well.

Wendy's natural cut was a step in the right direction but them and McDonalds are often soggy with grease.

This sometimes is different depending on what country you're from.
In the UK, BK fries are unbeatable in most locations.
 
Don't ever eat fast food unless you are hungover and want an easy way to throw up and feel better. No other reason.

There are cheaper/healthier/tastier options at all times besides super long highways where you should have packed something else.

The pies are the only thing at McDonald's that are legit good. I would stock my fridge full of them if they weren't so expensive now.

The burgers are meh and the fries are horrifyingly bad after they changed the oil. Might as well eat yellow plastic.

Someone obviously gets paid to create new menu items for subway, but this is just lazy. I could go to a gas station and buy a 99 cent bag of doritos, cheese dip, and jalapenos.

My dream fast food run would be a chicken sandwich from chik fil a, fries from mcdonalds, pink lemonade and a carmel empanada from Taco Bell, and an oreo blizzard from dairy queen

tbf the price for a serving was like a 1.50.

It was like 8am so I didn't bother trying them. And I kinda need some meat in my nachos.
