Gay and Bisexual thread |OT2|Bears and Twinks and Otters. Oh My!

I'd just tell a person as much. I think being straight forward is always the best option with intimacy personally. Heck, I have one or two friends that I don't have sexual relationships with but cuddle with.

I can cuddle without leading to anything. It's the cuddling leading to making out leading to, well, everything. Most nights, the boyfriend and I cuddle without sex, and I've done the same thing with friends. I've got a buddy of mine who we just hang out and play videogames/watch movies and cuddle.

I get the cuddling with SO but friends? How can you do that?

I'm not usually into feminine gays. There is a reason I like men.

Same here. I have a saying that I like to apply to such situations. "If I wanted someone who acted like a woman, I'd date women". I want testosterone.

Guess gaygaf must hate mirrors.

That's an unfortunate way of wording it... Feels condescending :/

Anyway, today it's been 3 months since I started dating my bf :) Things are working out great so far even if sometimes I feel he's a lot more attached than I am. Still, haven't felt this good with someone for years.

Anyway here's a pic of us to celebrate :)

That is such an obnoxious way of putting it. Being a man doesn't mean acting like a caveman.

Thank you.
I didn't mean to imply that. I simply don't find gay men who are a certain way attractive. Not obnoxious, I'm sure you have preferences like the rest of us.

You know that's the same shit that gets thrown at me whenever I bring up twinks. Seriously would you come at another gay guy that has a slightly feminine and younger looking bf and think "Gee he should just date a woman."

I mean really what the fuck is that? Tired of people saying that damn it sure some gays may be campy as all hell but they are still men reguardless.

Congrats, and nice beard.

I'm sure you didn't intend to be offensive and everybody got your point, but the implication that people who are effeminate are in some way less than other men is a bit...severe. This topic has been completely run into the ground in this thread though.

Well the topic comes up and it will probably keep coming up whenever we talk about guys we like.

Was going through some of my older pictures from several years ago and found this:

Looks like some surprise buttsex is coming my the way. Check out the Harry Potter glasses, hahaha.

He's one of my two best friends. In fact, both of my best friends are red-heads. Both are very much straight though.

Truly a shame.

Not to prolonge the topic, but just chiming in to say that unfortunately there are lesbians who do the same thing.

Had a girlfriend who made me feel shitty about considering getting my hair cut shorter, always talked about how it's so butch and unattractive. ("If I wanted to date a man," etc.) She was constantly talking shit about women we knew or in the media with short hair.

Got mine cut about a week after we broke up. Felt good man.

I'm sure some of you want to see the topic dropped, but... Yeah...

Don't you just love hanging around the people out there who give you grief for being gay, and then hanging around other gay people and being given grief for your specific tastes or specific "category"? Oh yes, implying I'm not a "man". I haven't heard that one before.

I admit bias to this because this is basically the reason I personally have never joined this thread.

Don't let a few peeps ruin a thread for you. There's a lot fun discussion to be had here IMO.

Yep, agreed. I don't know if I've ever actually talked about anything remotely related to the topic at hand, and I've still managed to rack up a good 700 posts. This is a good thread when people aren't actually talking about the thread.

You guys look so cute! Here's to many more months!

What is it with gay guys and putting tattoos around their bellybutton? Its like a gay branding of some sort. Tattoos can be pretty bad, but worse when you use them to frame some body part. Especially the place where you leeched life from your mother in the womb.

Ben's just bitter about breaking up with his last relationship.

There are many reasons to not "join" this thread. I don't really think cat fights are one them.

Anyway, I saw this gif elsewhere on GAF and though it suited perfectly for the thread.

My thoughts on the matter pretty much. It's funny how so many minority groups do that - you'd think they'd learn from being marginalised, but no, it's like they can't wait to pass it on to other people.

Personally I think that this rigid idea of masculinity is just immature and people grow out of it.

Also, that's one of my favourite gifs. Milla <3

I've honestly never heard of that. I think I alreadly have a decent idea for a tattoo, I just gotta let it stir for awhile.

Okay, recently single. Tell me, how does this work? Meeting through friends? OKCupid? Gay bars?

I'm really bummed out and don't know if I can bring myself for a rebound...
