Hmm is the face buttons analogue by any chance? ... I just don't know, playing MW it just feels too arcady to have the exact same model for GT.

Then again, I have yet to play GT PSP and the impressions seems positive.
Bleh I should just buy it.
They aren't analogue sadly.

It definitely aint arcadey! (Although you may be able to gimp the physics to make it arcadey).

If you are a GT fan you will feel right at home with GT PSP imo.

I need just 3 gold coins and 2 gemstones to plat Uncharted now. Been playing all the levels that give those out on crushing for several hours.

The last 2 trades I've got on Near have both been bloody fetishes. DAMN YOU!

Most Wanted is the shit, could use some antialiasing though, jaggies everywhere, and i HATE jaggies, but looks like a good game (for now)

It absolutely destroys my vita´s battery too

Thanks again, DMPrince! I got this in last week but finally took a picture of it with the awful Vita cam. Also finally got my copy of Ragnarok!

I rely on GAF for game impressions, especially for Vita. So far, so good.
Nobody bought Spy Hunter, right?

Also, should I preorder P4G or will it be launch day pickup-able?

AND!

DJ Max? Any info?

My son was playing MW on the PS3 and my daughter wanted to play (she just likes driving around and slowing down near police cars). So I gave her the vita version to a doubting face. 'Oh I'll try it on this, but I'd prefer to play on the big TV'. Two minutes later 'I think it's better on vita dad'. She likes the police chatter and that's a little clearer on vita with the speaker so close to you.

After she'd finished I played a bit more and unlocked the aventador. It's so difficult to just go and do a race without being distracted by a billboard you've missed etc.

It does smash the battery though. Anyone done a timing from full to empty battery while playing?

I will happily be playing ACL and NFSMW on the bus ride back home .. long 2+ hour commute out of NYC due to issues caused by the storm. Good times!

Is anyone making a When Vikings Attack OT? I will tomorrow if no one is

Ah nice - I forgot that's coming out. I've been mulling over the idea of doing a quick Orgarhythm OT. What do you guys think? I was hoping to mostly have some art and links.

Edit: I really want P4G.. I can't remember if I had it preordered or not lmao - I've had that many Vita games on preorder :X

Was there any footage of CoD or was it just like "Call of Duty exists"?

Why does it matter? Nobody's going to buy it!

I just realized that it's released the same day as BLOPS II...Sony couldn't even ask Activision to move it back a week or two? Or move it up?

do tell ..

Mmm...

Atlus packed this game to the brim with new content, but they interlaced it with the existing content so seamlessly that all of it feels like it was always there. To list and address it all would make this review prohibitively long, and it might spoil some surprises. We'll cover the highlights.

General exaggeration. There's more content than you'd expect from a port, but a lot less than, say, P3P. The major additions are the ski trip and new dungeon.

Also, the new dungeon breaks the flow and feels very out of place.

Once acquired, the scooters can be driven around town and beyond to explore.

Exaggeration. You can drive to Okina City (Which, whilst explorable, hasn't been expanded from its size in vanilla P4, so is like two screens wide), and a couple of other new locations like the beach, but 'around the town' makes it sound way more expansive than it is.

Plenty of other new story elements have been worked into the storyline to entertain return visitors to Inaba. Again, I won't spoil the experience, but new school events, trips, locales, holidays and more have been added to the existing content.

Tremendous exaggeration. There is one new trip and one new holiday, and they're the same event. There's also a couple of new locations, but they're simplistic and offer nothing new. Most events are incredibly short.

And my biggest problem with this review...

The overhauling continues in the presentation department, with visuals that make Persona 4 Golden look more like a current generation RPG than a PS2 port. It takes full advantage of the Vita's outstanding 16:9 OLED screen, with visuals and colors that really pop. Character art and models, and scenery have been updated

Lies. For the most part, the visuals are IDENTICAL. To say that it looks more current gen is bonkers. Textures have been sharpened in some places, the Personas have a fresnel effect now and there's a scene early on where the background has been remodelled, and that's it. Character art is higher res, but the same (And rightly so, Soejima is amazotron as it is), characters models are the same, scenery is the same etc. etc.

I do indeed have a smartphone, but it's getting really old and won't save pictures. Figured I'd take a pic with a crappy camera instead of fiddling with something that might not work. :P

I am still rocking my HTC Touch HD that I got on launch day, I still run windows mobile 6.1 and there still isn't a phone out there that I like better. Camera on the Vita still performs better than the phones lol.

no one wants to join my party and hear my cat purr

I have 2 cats of my own (well they are my wifes..but you know, they are too cute to ignore) so you Takao have NOTHING to offer me...hah!
Also, I dont have you on my friend list...hmm...there appears to be something amiss here.
