This guy (Eduardo Leite) was elected mayor in a relatively big town in southern Brazil. Ironically it's a town with a reputation for having lots of gay men.

He looks a bit like a friend of mine from college who was really hot. I saw him on Facebook recently after years of not being in touch and he's put on weight.
Straight men shouldn't get married. :/
 
Since I don't want to tell this to anyone I know because the know him, I'll post it here.
I have one brother, he's younger than me and I'm starting to think he's gay. I'm just trying to picture me and my brother having boyfriends... I'm sure that would be enough to give my mom a heart attack.

My smaller brother is gay. He is much more flamboyant and daring about it, he recently has been taking a like in drag. I remember I saw hints here and there but deny them back then, sometimes I think he's just doing this to piss off my dad. Maybe that's my own homophobia showing, but he makes me uncomfortable with his overtly feminine stuff, because they feel forced. He was never a feminine kid. Again this the usual stuff tour hear about yourself, it's just an odd situation.

It certainly hasn't been easy for my parents, although my mother seems to have dealt with it better.

My brother is starting to act feminine, and I also think it feels forced, but that's not the only reason I think he's gay. Like you, I thought that he was doing it to piss of my dad or something like that. I suppose I've been seeing hints for quite some time and I'm just starting to accept that he's probably gay.
 
I wonder if there's any science behind that. We know twins are way more likely to have the same orientation, but regular brothers? If 10% of people aren't straight, what are the odds of having 2 gay kids? lol.

My dad has a shitload of brothers, I'm sure two of them are gay. One is single, we all know he's gay even if he's never told anyone. The other is married, but even someone we a crappy gaydar would know that he's gay
and his wife is lesbian

Looks like I have a date with a cute little 18 year old thursday. Im nervous as I haven't been on a date in quite some time. :/
 
Forget Obama and Romney, did anyone see the candidate for The Reform Party, Andre Barnett? Apparently he dabbled in some softcore gay porn shoots for MuscleGallery. XD (NSFW link). When Obama comes to me in my dreams, he looks a bit more like that. :P

The odds are based on the heritability of the trait and not the prevalence. But we can still go with you have a one in ten chance of having a gay son for simplicity. For two sons, we multiply 1/10 * 1/10, so it would be a chance of 1 in 20 for this simplified scenario.

Homosexuality most likely has a big genetic component but there aren't that many studies of it, understandably. If there were then we could work out a more accurate likelihood. The odds most likely are relatively high considering how prevalent homosexuality is.
 
Lots of good news yesterday!

Obama won, ALL 4 mariage equality initiatives on the ballot in Maine, Maryland, Minnesota and Washington passed (although for Minnesota it was just the amendment to the constitution that would ban gay marriage that was rejected), and Tammy Baldwin was the first openly gay candidate to be elected to US senate.
There are also several Tea-party candidates who lost their bid for House/Senate, as well as several anti-gay candidates.

I could not be happier!

I know, we made a ton of great steps yesterday. I'm proud of everyone who voted!
 
I don't know a single person buying a WiiU. And that's kinda shocking, considering most of the people I know love Nintendo.

I'll buy one no doubt, but not this year. And it's mostly my 3DS' fault because that Platinum game looks freaking incredible.
 
no WiiU for me if there's no pikmin 3 on shelves.

that and some other thing that feels like high budget exclusive and is well known, like zelda, metroid, resident evil, etc.

Mario Universe would be sooo cool.
 
It's actually the first game console I'm buying for myself with my own money at launch. I mean I bought the PS3 Slim back in 2009 but this is the first time I'm getting a console at it's debut :)

Grindr. I met my best friend, my ex who.is.now a good friend, and my boyfriend on there. So far so.good for me anyway lol.
