Wait... it's not? Is it just for certain regions that it's not or...?

I downloaded it months ago <_< Been meaning to try it but every time I go to do so, I recall the humiliation that was trying to learn the game in WC3 with constant "NOOB" "LRN2PLAY" type stuff and I suddenly lose my appetite. Which is a shame, as I did enjoy it when I did get into more "casual" matches.
