I wanted some Panda Express so bad last night. Orange chicken, Beijing beef, and chow mein... the triplets of the gods.
I resisted, though. Can't lose weight eating delicious things like that!

I still mourn for the loss of the KFC/Taco Bell combo restaurant that was 5 mins from my house and open till 2 AM. I don't know if all combo resturants do this, but they had cross-menu combos- 2 Chicken Strips, 2 Tacos and a drink for 5 bucks, and they even had a special Chicken soft taco for 2 bucks that used popcorn chicken instead of normal Taco Bell chicken.
But then again, it was in a fast food warzone. Across the street from that shopping center was a Wendy's, down about 2 more spots was a McDonalds, and then a 5 Guys opened in the same shopping center. Now, If I want Taco Bell, I have to drive either 15 mins to an overpriced one with terrible food (The rice is CRUNCHY after 10pm in the burritos), or 25 mins through some shady places to get to a better one.
But then again, it was in a fast food warzone. I get the exact same thing, but I usually ask for half fried rice, half chow mein. And if I'm really feeling like a fatty, I'll add a pork egg roll, large pepsi, and a side of mandarin sauce. Oh man I want Panda soo bad

The one i used to go to in my stoner teen years is still there.
Bread sticks are still incredibly over-seasoned and their food is still shit.

That's true, but I occasionally mix it up by dipping my fries in their creamy pepper sauce. It is better than Canes sauce imo.

I pretty much love all junk food but don't eat it too often. Something that nobody has mentioned yet is McDonald's ice coffee and strawberry pie. SO GOOD!!!
You know what I love? Jamaican fried chicken with rice, peas, and coleslaw. Its less "junk-y" than the other stuff mentioned, and tastes awesome.

After watching Skyfall again last night, I ended up getting McDonald's after not having it for several months...
Got a Double Cheeseburger mini meal... And a McChicken. Yes, the McGangbang was delicious.

For TexasGAF, if you haven't tried Taco Cabana's flan, you should, because it's unbelievably good. It tastes like something you would get at a nice sit-down restaurant.
Hmmm, Taco Cabana is one of my most frequented fast food establishments, I will have to try this out.

Not a big fan of flan in general. I'm more of a sopapilla guy as far as tex-mex deserts are concerned. Taco C has some great food though, and for me it definitely supplants Taco-Bell as the go-to after the club at 2am eatery.
I usually get their Taco Bowl. It's a hearty portion of ground beef, rice, re-fried beans, lettuce, tomato, sour cream, and cheese in a taco bowl for $3.99. Can't beat it
Their burgers have a polarizing flavor to them because they mix the onions into the ground beef giving them a distinct flavor. I like them, but I'm also a fan of onions. my sister on the other hand gags at the thought of a White Castle/Krystal burger because she hates onions
They're alright. Get the chipotle BBQ sauce and they are pretty good, as far as McDonald's food goes.
I love onions. It ain't that.
I usually get the 2 tacos plate, because it also comes with 2 extra tortillas plenty of beans, cheese, rice, and lettuce, so it's actually more like a 2 beef or chicken tacos+2 bean, cheese, and rice tacos. Of course the best thing about Taco Cabana is the free salsa bar.
It's definitely light years beyond Taco Bell, the fresh soft wheat tortillas alone are enough to do that, ignoring that all the other ingredients are fresher and higher-quality as well.

If you get a pizza hut $10 dollar box, feel free to ask for more cinammon stix sauce, guy gave me another one. Overall that $10 box is a great deal, getting two of those can feed 4 people if they don't mind eating breadsticks.
Going to panda express don't go after 8:30ish food has sat for a while and isn't as quality. Best time you want to go is when it's busy, so theirs fresh orange chicken!

CFA's Spicy Chicken sandwich was damn good. I think I prefer Wendy's though because it actually tasted spicy. Still great though.
They were 2 for $3 for a while at mine. I ate a lot of them during that time. Very tasty.

Not much of an onion ring guy, but Whataburger's are quite good.
It's all about their breakfast combo for me. Eggs, bacon, beans, and tortillas + a drink for under four bucks, at any time of the day. Couple that with their salsa bar and it's the fast food place to go for me.

Whenever I eat Panda Express, it's always been sitting out for an hour and turned into disgusting, bland, rubber shit. Their food can be really good if you eat it fresh out of the stir fry. If it's sat under the heating lamps for hours, forget about it. Just disgusting. Haven't had it in like a year.

I first tried Raising Cane's here in Houston. It's really yummy compared to the crap Whataburger serves.

Is that mustard sauce on the CBO anything to write home about? I want to try it, the chicken version, but I hate onions so if the sandwich is spectacular minus the onion I might just get it.

If I do a dollar upgrade, it's when I substitute the orange chicken for the honey walnut shrimp. They put crack in those plump shrimp I'm sure of it because they are addicting.
I doubt they would at my local Pizza Hut. A couple of weeks ago I ordered take-out from there and when I arrived at the check out, I asked for some extra parmesan cheese like always. He said, "that'll be a dollar extra". I looked at him perplexedly and told him those parmesan packets used to be free. He then explained "yeah, but it got too expensive so now we don't offer the packets. We'll sell you a 1oz container of parmesan for a dollar though." Fuck that. Obama's America everyone

You really can't beat those 49cent tacos. They are so cheap for the amount of food they give. And on top of getting a burrito, taco, and large drink, they throw in some fucking french fries for good measure in all of their combos. I got so fat when i lived on the west coast and Del Taco was a large contributing factor. Del Taco and all the food I animal styled at In-N-Out
If you havent had them in a while, you missed out on them adding chicken and steak options their nachos. Also, for about a month, they had Nacho fries, which was basically their nacho toppings on top of fries served in the boxes they give you their chili fries in. The one thing i miss the most though is the jalepeno bacon and chicken quesadilla. One of the best items ever. It's been 6 years and i still don't forget it

Got another Spicy Chicken sand from Wendy's today. Still great as the last time. Also snagged five crispy spicy nuggets. They were really nice as well. Doubt I will be getting mcnuggets again anytime soon.
Wendy's nuggets have always been in another league compared to McDonald's.

The only benefits McDonald's has over them are the convenient box you get the 20 nuggets in and superior dipping sauces.
Also, McDonald's is a 2 minute drive away, Wendy's is 10 minutes.
