Hey vitabros. Me and my friend are thinking of getting COD BOD instead of BLOPS 2 to show support for the vita. Anyone played the multiplayer yet ? is it any good ? Is it similarish enough to the console experience ?


Does sony need a massive push to convince indie devs to develop for the vita or is the community going to have to take it upon themselves to get the word out 8) ?

why would it be embargoed until 4pm? Haven't the SCEE guys been saying 'anytime soon' for a few weeks? An embargo would normally be known upfront.

No, they said November for a few weeks. They probably just want everywhere to put the news up at the same time.

It could be something else entirely - PS+ was just the most obvious thing, because we know we are getting news on that today

Hmm like others have said you wouldnt think it was PS+ related since they say its embargoed but of course that could be wrong, either way im hoping today we get some good news regarding the Vita

Im just interested in what games they are going to be giving away for +, i know most will complain about getting games like Little Deviants ect but i wouldnt mind, i mean i already have a bunch of great games that i bought so to get to try these lesser games for free is a bonus. Of course if we got some big retail games that would be great too, i just hope i dont have them as i have been pretty lucky with + on PS3.

Nintendo says that Patcher is right and goes 3rd party on portables. They port all their portable 1st and 2nd party games for Vita and the new ones will be Vita exclusive.

you wouldn't just do an Ambassador program - you have to assume those that bought it at the current price are happy with it (and we are). An Ambassador program is only needed if you cut the price significantly and shortly after launch, to compensate early buyers. I think Vita has been on the market long enough to not warrant that (Mine is nearly a year old - Japan launch)
