Having a camera recording at all times in the car makes so much sense if you think about. Manufacturers should integrate them.
I was talking more like 2013+ model cars just including them. You dont have to turn them on.America would freak out if cameras were required in every car on the road.
Get a tank instead. Though even then...Note to self: If you're ever in Russia, don't enter a car.

Love it when he accelerates afterwards...boss
Most of it was from normal cars, I'm pretty sure. Definitely seems like there's some kind of insurance requirement/incentive to having a camera on the dashboard. In case you haven't noticed, most of the footage came from cop cars.

Nah it didn't. There's a good explanation here for the popularity of dash cams in Russia.
There was an awful Russian dash cam video that was posted here a few months ago. An SUV loses control and crosses into the other side of the road and gets obliterated by a semi.
The one that basically evaporated on impact? That was nuts.
I do love dash cams on cars, I remember I just watched a video I believe in china of a guy running in the middle of the street and he jumped on the hood and pretended the guy hit him and the guy gets out and points at the camera. so boss, i want a dash cam, because I think it would help more then it would hurt.
whats even more amazing is they all have cameras in their cars.
I told you guys. Russia's fuckin' nuts. That's just a fact.
More Russian craziness put together by the same guy
