More games need to run at native res or at least have dynamic resolutions like Ninja Gaiden Sigma Plus and WipEout 2048. After playing ACIII:L and NFS:MW then going to Sine Mora, I have come to appreciate native res titles more then ever.

So good.

Also, I've been replaying Ninja Gaiden and have no idea how I beat certain missions on Master Ninja. I can't even beat some on Very Hard.

Whoa, 4xAA on a hand-held? Most console games these days fail to even implement any form of AA.

Beyond 3d has a list of some of the Vita titles, as well as Wii U.

BlazBlue is native res? God damn, no wonder it looks so good.

Edit: That list is missing a few games already out, which is weird considering it has AC:L.

All-Stars looked really good in the short time I spent with it during the beta. Maybe more games should go for native res instead of AA.

Or tone down the extraneous features like dynamic self shadowing and all that nonsense.

Still can't understand why P4 and MGS HD, wouldn't be native, but hey.

anyone try lego lord of the rings on vita? it's 20 bucks at newegg and im thinking of grabbing it.

Its very good. It doesnt have the open world element like the console versions but its a fully fledged Lego game with tons of collectables and it looks/plays great. For 20 bucks thats a steal IMO. Its fully voice acted etc.

Has the North American update for Frobisher Says not dropped yet? I keep trying to force the update, but it's not there and I'm not seeing any of the trophies.

Not that I know of.

Why the hell isn't Metal Gear Solid on the store yet!? Seriously, SCEA.

Cause you can buy it from your PS3 and transfer it! The extra effort makes it that much sweeter to replay it... ;)

Headphones are headphones, you should be good with anything that will jack in. I use my headphones from iPhone5 and it works fine.
Ewww, no. The headphones that come with iPhones are some of the worst shit ever to grace this planet. Get some better ones. Personally, Koss Porta Pros hit that sweet spot between affordable & quality for me.

Just stopping in to say... I tried the Guacamelee demo for a bit today, and don't understand the dislikes. It's a solid looking modern-2D metroidvania-a-like with a hint of beat-em-up control, what's not to like?!?

I couldn't hear anything from the demo station, but the game seemed to run smooth enough, looked crisp, and I was enjoying the abilities I had at the time. I felt there was a lot of room for more moves (which is the same way I felt in, say, the first act of Symphony of the Night), so I hope you unlock skills as you play the game.

It had me especially looking forward to seeing how this could all work out in 2 player, as the game promises to have. The idea of it having that element from Harmony of Despair added in really makes me want to give the game a shot!

I'd love to see what detracted for the naysayers, but I didn't notice much mention over the pages of this thread, which multiply pretty fast! Haven't been able to watch the post regularly, thanks to some computer issues... :/

Man, Uncharted: Golden Abyss is awesome! It's obvious NaughtyDog didn't make it, but not in a bad way. More focus on exploration and better/more fun to find collectibles with background information are a excellent choice, shooting photo's is fun, more puzzles (easy ones, sure, but still) and fun touch-screen stuff. Feels very adventurey.
And it's so pwetty!
Me likey.

Chase + Drake are awesome together.
Just arived at chapter 10. Sniping works better then expected, same for the gyro aiming. Needs some getting used to but once you do, making them pop won't stop. Only fault so far is the cover system. Nate just won't take it at a lot of places.

My fav vita game and btw, it only gets better after chapter 10. I wont spoil anything...

That reminds me I should go back at replaying Uncharted on a harder difficulty level. UC wasn't even my first vita title! I was stupid to skip it but bought it later at a crazy price on eBay:/

If I were to buy P4 from the US region in cart form, but in the future buy the digital version from the EU region, will the save file still be intact?

PS+ thankfully covered me for being silly and skipping uncharted. Great experience - only played number 1 and 2 a bit..but loved this. Had to back up the save and delete it for PSASBR though...on chapter 24, want to get back to it soon. I like the character interactions a lot so far as well. And I agree about the cover system being a bit fiddley, not sure if I'm just not used to it yet though.

Resistance demo seems to have gone from the store?

I had it in my download list anyway so got it from there. Maybe I have low expectations but I thought it was alright? The models of chimera/humans are pretty bad but the environment aren't too bad and the shooting is quite good. I liked the use of the touch screen for axe/grenades and secondary function.

Shame in some ways nihilistic wont get a chance to make a decent sequel with time and a budget.

Persona is probably the best looking no native resolution game on the system. I think it looks gorgeous.

Lol, it's really not (From a technical standpoint).

UC, Gravity Rush and AC are miles ahead.

As an aside, the portraits on P4G looks absolutely amazing. Every time I load the game up I'm surprised again by how good they look. It was the same back in June too.

Soejima is the best.

If I delete Motocross RC, which I downloaded while it was being offered free, how would I go about re-downloading it later? Would it just show up as free if I went back to its page in the PSN?

You check your download list in the store. You can redownload anything from there.

Remember even if you don't want to play a game at the moment from PS+, still start then cancel the download for it so you always have it associated with your account and can DL it anytime in the future. When the games eventually change next month, month after that then you still 'own' all of the games you downloaded.

Yes. It wouldn't have a price just 'download' next to it and a shopping bag icon meaning you have already purchased it.

Quickest way on your vita would be pressing the bubble at the bottom right of the screen when you're at the playstation store and choose ' download list' and it will be there.

Hm I'm trying to delete a game but it's stuck as Please Wait for a really long time after hitting delete; is this normal?

Seeing as headphones are being mentioned - i'll mention this again :

IF YOU OWN a pocket amp and a nice pair of headphones, then you can buy a cradle and rip the guts out of it and make a simple Line Out Dock which will greatly improve your all round enjoyment of the vita :)

The low volume of the Vita is one of my biggest bug bears and this simple hack job gives you a fairly small LOD. Mine is stylishly wrapped in black tape. Ghetto style, but it works - and works well.

yes - it's really frigging annoying

re: res of games - just to mention it again - Pro Baseball is a great looking game and is, hands down, the best game on the Vita. YOU HEARD. And yes, it's better than The Show Vita.

Finally got through looking for free stuff on the PSN to download on my PS3 for my vita, I didn't realize there were 5 or so free games on the PSN nor did I remember the vita has a skype app.

How is the youtube app? is it worth having installed with the new browser?

Anyone interested in trading a PS All-stars code from the AC:L bundle for PSN point cards or PS+ cards?
Which region are you in and how much do you want for it? I'd bite at 20 $ in the US.Write me a pm if that is fine. :)

I tried playing the PSP game Go Sudoku on the Vita, but when I try to save it complains that there is not enough space, despite the Vita reporting that there's 18GB left on my memory card. Any ideas?

Well, I joined the PS Vita owners club.

I bought Everybody's Golf, Rayman Origin and Jet Set Radio digitally. Persona 4 is on the way. Very impressed by this machine so far. I really hope it becomes the success it deserves to become.

This 2.0 update is treating me like shit. And now my Vita has had a hardfreeze. I can't turn it off (pressing the PS-button and the off/on-button at the same time).

GREAT.
