I hope he owns it. Record a brief video, show him walking down the street, wearing his full Dorito-pope vestments and other assorted regalia. As he orders a Mountain Dew from a street vendor, a pale 30 year old dude with a gigantic neck beard accosts him and calls him a sell out. At that point, Dorito-pope puts on his sunglasses and says "Deal With it." Then, steps into his waiting Dorito-mobile, and drives off into the sunset.

Nothing. A game jounalist tried to be high-and-mighty and made a glorified complaint about videogame marketing, implying others of being shills (Geoff included). Then he caused a Twitter war on some inconsequential industry insider.

Nothing, he didn't do anything wrong, he shilled some MS Halo gamerfuel dorito bullshit, but that's his job. Games journalism is just his hobby, his job is being the Ryan Seacrest of video games.

I find the whole thing hilarious, but I'm starting to feel bad for the guy to an extent because this seems to keep coming back up over and over. I'm sure his boss was probably like Geoff get out on stage or whatever and say these lines for the Pepsi company. It's like I mean what else is he suppose to do? No boss... I refuse to do this?
