Since there's nothing to talk about on the UW boards right now other than Sark to Arky rumors, my favorite scenario that's been proposed so far (assuming Mora doesn't ditch UCLA for us) is:
Wilcox gets promoted to HC
Kiesau moves over to WR coach/co-passing game coordinator
comes in as QB coach/co-passing game coordinator
Michalczik comes in as OL/co-running game coordinator
(one of those 3 guys will hold the official OC title but it'll be pretty even)
Joel Thomas stays at RB coach, gets co-running game coordinator title/raise
Keith Heyward moves up to DC, allowing GA Donte Williams to move to Secondary coach
Tosh and Sirmon stay where they are but get a raise

Probably my best FF team I've had, and I've had shitty luck that my opponents will have season high scores against me.

He will definitely make at least double what he is getting at FSU.. but if he bombs there (and he will), it seems like it would negatively affect his future coaching prospects. Kind of an odd decision but him leaving was only a matter of time. I am curious about which coaches he will take with him. Hopefully we give DJ Elliot a raise and keep him.. he has been absolutely huge.
Would be thrilled if Jimbo managed to get Ellis Johnson to take over..
