I call it the Peach Bowl because:
I remember when it was the Peach Bowl
I always find a way to misspell Chik Fil A. Or is that Chick Fil A? Do the hyphens have to be included?

Well, at least UGA will get a little bit more money, think Cap One is the highest purse of the non BCS games.
I have no clue. I think it's Chik Fil A. I hear they're a big criteria for whether southern players go to a university.

Plus side is that Gurley might even pass Herschel's record if he can hang in there for 400 yards or so.

Chick-Fil-A*

Although everyone I know still calls it the Peach Bowl.

If you ever wanted a signature or whatever from one of the (black) football players at Florida just hang out at the bus stop by the UF Chik Fil A.

That statement is not racist because it is true. Also, even the white O-linemen were there all the time!

Gotta get those corporate sponsors names in the bowl game! So exciting.

You are not wrong. In Athens it's Waffle House in Five Points. All the players go there in the wee hours of the morning after they get home from games.

Just realized one of my grad school friends now lives in GA. Don't know which part, but if Peach selects A&M I might have to give him him a call.

Remember back when the BCS games had BCS conference teams in it? It's hard to, but I think it used to happen every year.

wtf are you crying about, there's one non-AQ team in this year if those projections stand.
It's always fun to see a BSU vs UO or Utah vs Bama (unless you are a fan of those big schools that get embarrassed).

Arizona vs Fresno State
ASU vs Navy
Oregon St vs Okie St or West Virginia
UCLA vs Okie St or West Virginia
USC vs Georgia Tech or VaTech
Stanford vs Wisconsin
Oregon vs Kansas State
UW vs Boise State

Could the Pac-12 go 8-0?

Yes, bring us all the money.

Oregon State would most likely face off against UT in the Alamo Bowl, since OU isn't going to a BCS bowl this year.

You had to go there... After last years disaster, I'd rather be pleasantly surprised with a good bowl showing. Although with 3 games against the Big12, I think we'll have our answer to who is the 2nd best conference.

USC being ineligible really screwed it up for the conference. Everyone was playing in a bowl one tier higher than they should have been. It'll be better matchups this year.

saw OU got pushed out. Can't complain when you lose two at home. Glad everyone got the BCS games they wanted /maybealittlesalty

Yeah, you picked the wrong year to move in terms of getting a BCS bid. But a great year to move in terms of making a hell of a first impression, especially as the expectation was you would more than look a bit like Miss State.

They better hope their running game is much better than what I saw in that Rutgers game. They will get crushed by our defense.

Louisville is going to get destroyed by Florida. Florida typically needed some smoke and mirrors to win, but I doubt they'll need any of that to beat Louisville.

Also, I can't imagine how poor the ratings for FSU/NIU are going to be. The ACC is the gift that keeps on giving. Still would have liked a 7-6 Georgia Tech team to be in the Orange Bowl though just for the hilarity.

hahaha I'm talking about the Sooners but I guess A&M has the same gripe. Really, the SEC could have 5 BCS teams

So we got Michigan in the outback. Should be a good matchup. Although the last time we were in the outback we got destroyed by Iowa and spurrier almost quit. So....

Is that in Tampa? I haven't seen any of those shit restaurants outside of Florida.

Just googled, St. Pete. At the Trop. What a disaster that is. Did they finally fix it so both teams aren't on the same sideline?

hahhaa doubtful. I know we went in 2009 vs. Rutgers, but I couldn't make the game. I kind of want to go just to see how shit the stadium is.

So many venues in Florida and they pick a shitty baseball stadium that becomes even more shitty when it is "configured" for football.

Do we have a shot vs Cincinnati? I know they're a better team but I'm doubting they have FSU/ Clemson type talent. Those are the only teams we have zero shot against.

So, looks like 3 teams ranked outside of the top 15 will be in BCS bowls. This is clearly why having a playoff would undermine the integrity of the bowl system.

UGA should play FSU in the Orange Bowl. UF should play Oregon in the Sugar.

This two team rule is complete garbage.

Best week ever. ACC. Sugar Bowl. Much deserved $$$

Florida couldn't destroy a Sun Belt team, so doubt they will against us either. Will be a single digit game. Hell of a week.

So what'll it take for the Big East to get their BCS bid revoked completely and just make it another at large bid?

By conferences taking most of the BE teams? That has already happened. ACC should be on watch too.

Big 10 sent an embarrassing 5 loss team also. This situation isn't only the BE's fault.
