How can anyone even BE this wrong. Awesome characters that are all very different to play, the gameplay is some of the most fast-paced and.. well, NON-STIFF kind you can find in the fighting genre. Music I can kind of give you, don't like the kind of stuff that's in BlazBlue & Guilty Gear games.

For Vita. I was gonna get GR but the site had it with 3-5 weeks shipping and using a third party with $4 shipping was too much for my amazon gift cards, so I got Uncharted instead. Can still play GR via PS+ (I just rather get physical games for any retail games I get via PS+, hence Uncharted even that its technically wasting money. I'm kinda sad like that lol.)
But I can't wait! Was able to get the Vita and VLR with 1 day shipping barely since VLR had free 1 day shipping. Uncharted will come later.

Blazeblue is terrible, sorry dude. It's not Guilty Gear or P4U.
That doesn't mean it's a bad game, but it's not worth the time investment.
And P4U isn't that good since half the characters are broken in their own ways and one that should be fundamentally different is broken because he can't stand up to the rest of the cast.

Wow, sorry to hear that man. One of the reasons why I decided to focus on IT and not Game Design, although my degree is in Game Design. Layoffs in the industry really scare me :\
It's every bit as fun as Guilty Gear, especially nowadays that they have fleshed out the cast of characters. A bit different, but that's not a bad thing.
Big Sky doesn't even deserve to be in the same sentence as Chronovolt. It's so much better than that. I really love it, actually. Knytt looks great too
To each their own, I guess. I really don't like it, but I know you're not interested in MK.
I suppose that's the glory of PS Plus's mostly varied lineup.

Yeah, Guilty Gear Midnight Carnival was so good on PSP - it was the first game I ever imported for the system.
Never got around to playing BlazBlue until they slashed the price on PSN, and man, what a disappointment. It's just not fun to play, at all.
Such a shame, too. It has like 30974 modes, but it's all wasted on terrible fighting mechanics.

Though you have to admit the Vita port doesn't look that hot. Since the Wii U version got patched, I think I'll be going for that (when the price drops).
True. In comparison to console versions but probably not compared to the 3DS version. I like Mario Kart but I also appreciate all the moving background geometry that's in the Sonic Racing title. It's probably the best kart racer on the Vita and it probably deserves a sale if the Vita is used 75% of the time in comparison to your 3DSXL.

My Vita's screen is now cracked and scratched to death. I was getting out of the bus when this teenager pushed me out and my Vita flew out of my bag and onto the icy cement. It still sorta works but the screen is hard to use/see and the back touch sensor is fucked.
Guess I'm picking up a new Vita then. Are there any good bundles/sales out right now (I'm from Canada)? Which looks better in person, the black or white model? Oh and how do I transfer saves/games onto the new Vita? Can I just toss in my 32gb card and log onto my PSN or something?

You should just be able to put your 32GB into your new Vita and log in with your account. You'll have to sort out any settings like WiFi passwords and the like though.

Am I the only one that actually liked that stuff? Pretty interesting use of the Vita features, I thought. But it was also the first thing I played back in February, so maybe the whole newness of it made me more forgiving.

I've only just finished playing U:GA and I enjoyed all of the mini games and touch screen stuff. Different strokes for different folks I guess.
Nope I liked most of the rubbing stuff and some of the other touch stuff. Not a fan of the swiping during fights or vine cutting.
Exactly. I just didn't like the swiping prompt stuff or the gyro log balance. I liked all the other touch stuff.
Did you know I absolutely adored the touch screen stuff in this game. It felt so immersive when rubbing charcoal, and when cleaning helmets and stuff, it was like I was holding it my hands. Isn't that amazing? And when dragging the touch screen down on difficult jumps, it was as if I was pulling myself up! When balancing on logs I liked to get up and balance on one leg since it felt so surreal. And I love jigsaw puzzles! Dragging and twirling bits of paper is so awesome. Sometimes when playing games and it gets too dark, I always wished I could shine a light in at the screen to make it light up. It works! Maybe it's magic. And the boss fights are the best I've ever played in any game ever. It was awesome feeling like I was actually there in the game controlling my character in a way that's never been possible. So much excitement everywhere, playing a game like this just felt so natural. I would absolutely love it if they did the same in the sequel. Just love it.
I don't think I've ever seen anybody remotely that into it. Some of us like it, but we don't think it's incredible or anything.
