Gamecenter CX, I miss the industry interviews from the earlier episodes. Kojima definitely said that, and mentioned it had to be scrapped due to the time/trouble/memory of creating custom animation for that one soldier. Other scrapped ideas from GCX interviews include making the Steel Battalion controller out of steel and putting actual 50cc engines in the original Hang-On arcade units for authentic sound.
So yeah, I don't know how hard the show was digging for scrapped ideas, so I'm not sure how serious any of them were.
I live in the area they film this skit.

That woman at the end seems a bit of a knobend
The area is full of either art students that attend Rhode Island School of Design (RISD, for short), students that attend Brown University, or random college kids from other nearby schools. So the odds of running into an unpleasant person during the day is likely.
The area at night is a blast though. Great spots to drink, eat, and just hangout. Thayer St is an awesome spot during the spring and summer months. Emma Watson was in this area when she attended Brown not too long ago.

I checked up on it on Imdb. He has also a topic about Tolkien being a racialist and homophonic (for using the word Queer) and a topic how the Hobbit seems to be similar to LOTR, with even the same characters.
