I got a question. On the chillicast, there was a guy there that they referenced named 'Sam'. What happened to him? Is he the Chuck Cunningham of GB?
 
I wish the GOTY videos were about the post-apocalypse and Vinny's bug-out adventures told in flash-back years later to a teenage or adult Max, talking about how it all ended and the last video games ever made.
 
I just noticed something. Is it me or there's no "Post date" on videos in Seaserpent?

I saw the Encyclopedia Bombastica: The Goonies 2 on the beta site and didn't remember seeing it on the live site before. I looked around everywhere and couldn't find the "Posted on" date anywhere so I had to go on the live site and check there if the video already existed (it did) and when it was posted... That's kinda ridiculous.

You just made me realise they still don't show how long a video is either, you still have to start it playing before you can tell that.
 
I'm ten minutes away from my first 999 ending... Must not click.

Should I find a spoilerless guide to just get the other endings after beating it once or should I just get the obvious breaks myself first?

You might run through it once more and pick stuff opposite of what you did this time, but I wouldn't feel guilty about using a flowchart for the rest of it, if you wanted.

Spoiler free guide to make the right choices to get the endings but not for the puzzles is the way to go

I've come to the conclusion that he is actually aging backwards. Somewhere a painting of Patrick is growing older.
 
That spoilercast was much better than I thought it would be. A one man podcast didn't sound like it would be great, but that was a pretty solid hour. I'm really, really chomping at the bit to play VLR. Dang it, why couldn't it have been on the DS. It would save me from having to wait.

Live in PalLand as well? Shame we don't get English voices, I would've loved that.
 
I'm trying to power my way through 999 so I can listen to the spoilercast, but this doesn't seem to be a game that you can power through. The fact I can't skip the text crawl is driving me crazy. Especially because I messed up saving at first, lost over an hour of progress, and had to start over. Let me skip the typing effect, damn it.
